A Delightful Soup Experience

I can honestly say I don't write reviews often, but this one was well-deserved! During my search for a comforting bowl of soup, I stumbled upon this gem of a place, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the lobster bisque. It was nothing short of phenomenal! Rich, creamy, and full of flavor, it was a delightful treat for the senses. I had the opportunity to sample all the soups offered, which made my decision incredibly difficult because each one was delicious in its own right.

To accompany my soup, I opted for the grilled cheese, which was equally satisfying. The bread was perfectly toasted, and the cheese was melted to perfection. It complemented the soup beautifully and made for a comforting meal.

Now, enough about the food—let's talk about the outstanding service. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by a young, tall, light-skinned woman. Her attentiveness was impressive, especially since she seemed to be multitasking efficiently, assisting other staff members while ensuring I was well taken care of.

Update: Downgrading 5 to 3 stars due to repeat visits (both in dine and to go) and a decline in quality. I would say that in the last 2 years, they get at least 30% of my orders incorrect. Due to taking most of them to go, this isn't realized until I'm home and upon reaching out via their website to see if they would be willing to do anything about it, I've never received a response (emailed multiple times re: different visits/different issues). In addition, the upkeep of the cafe itself has been less than great. Trash bins overflowing both in cafe and restrooms, dirty/clogged toilets, drink dispensers empty, and even a large step ladder left in the middle of the bathroom stall (cabinets against the ceiling for storage and an employee must've left it). I continue to visit for the food but I'm disappointed more often than I'd like to be.

A-mazing!!! I ordered a giant tray of food and after finishing it, I still wanted more. It was that good. Lots of menu variety, super fresh ingredients, friendly staff, lots of drink options with flavored syrups you can add and dessert! I ate here for the first time on 02/08/19 with my wife. We both thought the menu was to bright and very hard on the eyes with the tiny font. I had ordered the turkey bacon avacado and my wife ordered the crab avacado melt. The manager was the cashier and couldn't remeber the sandwhich I ordered and had asked me three times what it was again. There was no order or structure going down the food line, everything was being run by inexperienced kids with no interpersonal skills. We both felt lost and finally got to the cashier, she rang us up and my wife got her sandwich and dessert, then mine was no where to be found, the cashier said she would bring it out to me. 15 minutes go by and still no sandwhich and my wife is done with her meal. So there goes our nice sitdown meal together. I go up to the cashier and ask for a refund for the sandwich I did not get and another food service worker asks what I had ordered and wanted to know if they could make it. Without letting me answer, she puts in the order. I asked for my money back and told the cashier they could keep the sandwhich.
