Without going too far into detail for the sake of a surprise, I RECOMEND this establishment. ASK FOR MONICA. She was exquisite. From the moment I called to inquire on some a few shiny objects,, she was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming of a multitude of questions regarding my purchase. The particular item I had inquired on was no longer available but Monica provided a recommendation, send over a few photos of it, and set the item aside so I could come examine and eventually purchase that same evening. Monica assisted in a few additional options as well as setting me up with free financing because you should always make your money work for you. About a year ago, we were in the area and stopped in this Kay Jewelers location so my wife could look for a ring. Mattie helped us and ultimately guided me to easily purchase the ring my wife wanted online.

This past weekend, after being frustrated by the level of service we received at the Janesville location, my wife suggested we take the hour drive to this store.
