This positive review is long overdo! Former GM Mike is the reason I’m leaving this location this great of a review. I learned today that Mike recently got a well deserved promotion to regional manager, congrats to Mike such a great guy! Quick story one time I ordered my dealership subs on a Saturday (the busiest day of our work week) lunches are super appreciated when anyone foots the bill over their since they are few and far between, although on this Saturday not as many people were appreciative of the good deed I had done, I’ll get back to that in a second. So Mike rings me up gives me a very generous discount and then delivers it himself, yes you heard that correctly the busiest guy at his own store who could have sent one of his employees to do delivered it himself as part the more personable experience. At the conclusion of the delivery I went ahead and thanked and also tipped him $20, his response was “thank you very much for the tip although this tip will not be for me it will be for the team members back at the store”! What a stand-up guy! Did the delivery all by himself a massive order and unselfishly gave up the tip to his employees! A few days later I came back into the store because at this point I had became a regular he asked me if my team members appreciated my good deed which my response was unfortunately not really, he responded with a free sub on the house and said well I’m atleast one manager that cares about your efforts 😮😱. Congrats again Mike on your promotion...
Read moreWrong items delivered order the hook and ladder got chicken with Jalepeno as my 80 year old mom is screaming her mouth is burning. Told to contact Uber Eats their response just as awful! They are sorry it can’t be refunded. Wat heck!? Since when is it ok for businesses to steal money for products they don’t provide! This place is our go to for tasty, convenient, local delivery and supporting our community businesses, but they are failing us now. Time to go back to basics of cooking at home since the reasons these places have been thriving is no longer there. No more efficiency, tasty food at a good price or even basic decency and honesty in business. You can’t even reach them! Just money wasted and apparently lost. If it weren’t for the disability we’d take it back up there unfortunately we are just stuck!
I had to come back and edit my review, though I ordered through a third party whose service was horrible when I called the restaurant they apologized and righted the wrong. And for that I’m changing the review to a 4. For anyone who has been new and just starting a job mistakes come with that territory but eventually that initial pressure of learning creates diamonds.

Read moreWife and I have gone here twice, both times she got sick. First time she had the Turkey Bacon Ranch sub and within an hour she felt sick to her stomach and was running to the restroom.
Second time(yes glutton for punishment) thinking the sub was just too heavy the first time, she ordered a Chopped Italian salad with peppercorn ranch dressing. Same thing happened to her again. Within 30-45 minutes of finishing her salad (which she admitted to tasting good, as did the sub the first time) she had to literally run(I almost got knocked down) to the restroom with stomach issues again.
If you eat here, I would avoid the peppercorn ranch like the plague. These were the only things in common with her salad and sub on 2 separate occasions. My guess is they don't keep it cool and it just sits out all day then gets popped back in the fridge at the end...
