Dunkin' — Restaurant in Vineland

So let me start off by saying I’ve never had a bad Dunkin’ Donuts experience before the other day. I drive by this place a lot and finally decided to pop in to treat myself. The staff had very low energy or shall I just say morale. I get that they probably were idk ready to clock out or something but man y’all they looked like they wanted to fall over. They were very dry, not very helpful when it came to special needs son to choose a donut flavor. They were acting weird like it was their first day, we couldn’t barely hear a word they were uttering. I tried to get him excited by asking them what flavors were what and pointing towards different ones but they were so miserable he just changed his mind all together. So I said fine can I get a coffee, during this time there were like 20 flies going crazy all us and the donuts. I don’t know maybe the morning shift has a manager on duty and the service is better but this was later on in the day and it was horrible. I never had a bad thing to say about anywhere I’ve gone. I was disappointed especially for my son who I was treating for getting his shots and not crying but dang. It wasn’t a happy experience and I’m glad I didn’t do drive thru because the flies were on everything. Nothing was closed and it’s gross to have a garbage fly landing on your food and your face. THIS DUNKIN DONUTS AT THIS LOCATION IS THE WORSE EVER, AND IT IS NOT THE FOOD IT IS THE PEOPLE RUNNING IT, THEY ARE RUDE, AND IGNORANT, WITH CUSTOMERS, THE FOLLOWING IS RELATIVE: WILL PREVENT CUSTOMERS FROM USING THE BATHROOM WILL ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO WAIT UP TO 15 MIN. WHILE THE SERVER IS ON THE PHONE ON PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS ON THE PHONE WILL BLOCK OFF THE MENS BATHROOM AND POST AN "OUT OF ORDER" SIGN WHILE THE BATHROOM IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL FORCING MALE CUSTOMERS TO USE THE FEMALE BATHROOM 4.AND TO TOP THIS OFF 100% OF THE MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS ARE OF ONE ETHNICITY , WHY? IS IT ONLY ONE ETHNICITY APPLYING FOR WORK THERE, I WOULD HIGHLY DOUBT THAT, THAT WOULD SHOW SOME EXTREME DISCRIMINATIVE ACTIONS! ANY CANCELLED ORDERS ALREADY COOKED, WILL BE HELD ASIDE AND OFFERED TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE TO THE CUSTOMER AS TO HOW LONG THAT ORDER WAS SITTING THERE.

Really bad service if they going to bring anybody knew they had to make sure these people are able to deal with any type of situation without giving a bad customer service today. I have a really bad experience with a young guy that was not understanding my questions and the directions by his bus and he Nash the bag of donuts from me because he didn’t want to put more donuts in another bag, and then he threw them back to me with no respect I understand that we’re humans and make mistakes but for these type of jobs you have do you have some patience with your customers I will never go again to this facility because is not the first time that the employees treat me wrong and give me a bad service. also, the coffee cups be having flies on it and the donuts and that it is...
