I need yall to know what happened to me and where NOT to take your jewelry!! I would have never expected a local “BUSINESS “ man would need to attempt to swap out my gold chain with white princess cut that I took to him and trusted him to fix my lock and return! We dropped off my chain , ankle bracelet and my daughter chain and when we picked up our jewelry I put on my chain and realized it felt lighter I took it off and inspected the chain ! It was not gold with the white gold it’s was just solid gold, it was light weight and the links seemed smaller . I reached out to them on social media because they were closed with no response. On the next business day I went in and spoke to the owner himself Desoto a man who has probably over a million dollars of jewelry in HIS store tried to give me a different chain and I confronted him . He stated that was my original chain , and as I told him it was not my chain and why it was not my chain and showed pictures of MY chain he said the white gold princess cut can come out while it’s getting cleaned . Now I’m hot and pissed because you are trying to play me and that’s not happening! Then after I wouldn’t give up fighting about the chain not being mine he proceeded to tell me he has to check maybe it got mixed up with another chain mind you my jewelry should’ve been together in the envelope they put it in. He tells me to come back in an hour. I tell him no I’m going to wait right here I had all day to wait. After about 15 mins of him looking for my chain he comes back out and tells me my chain got switched with another customers chain and thankfully it was a friend of his and he was going to bring my chain back around 2pm. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️ I get there to get my chain and Desoto is on the phone and brings my chain and says I can’t believe how similar they look and turns around and walks back to the back no sincere apology or anything. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I would NEVER EVER bring my Jewelry to him. I cannot say enough amazing things about the jewelers who created our custom wedding bands! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. They crafted two completely custom bands that fit our engagement rings perfectly. The fit, the design, everything exceeded our expectations. Even better, they finished them early, within two weeks and before the date I needed them by. They also engraved both rings beautifully on the inside, adding such a personal and meaningful touch.

The final pieces are absolutely stunning! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the rings are so shiny and elegant. They even cleaned our engagement rings for us, making the whole set sparkle like new.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a jewelry store. Customer care or appreciation is not a vibe you will get here. Purchased a ring for 95 bucks. Wore it 3 times and one of the settings split on both sides making the stone loose. I put it in a bag with my receipt and waited until I had time to bring it in thinking since it’s only 4 months old and worn 3 times they would fix it free of charge. Nope they quoted 65 dollars to repair it. It’s one of 3 pieces I purchased that day so was expecting a little more customer service than I received. After returning home I popped out the stone to super glue it in and maybe get a few more wears out of it. When I saw the amount of dirt under the stone I was amazed and now know the ring was not new when I purchased it.
