We meet here for birthday dinners because it's convenient to everyone coming. We noticed a few visits ago that the waitress wants to know how much you plan on tipping her before taking your card. We thought it was odd but, okay. When it happened today, we noticed that the tip was not on the credit card receipt. We asked why and were told that the owner (Cesar I presume) writes it in after the receipt is signed. Nope, not how it works Cesar. When I asked him about the policy, he said it cost him too much to let people use credit cards so he adds the 4% to the bill and requires the wait staff to ask about the tip. I told him it was bad practice and he told me not to come back if I didn't like it, he has enough customers. Considering the food is mediocre at best, coupled with his rudeness and sketchy business practices, we won't go back. If you decide to go, pay close attention to the charges and fill it out completely to prevent the owner from making changes...

Handicap parking sucks and no ramp access except at the very south end of the sidewalk which is bumpy getting to. Handicap parking should be at the front door and not spaces down. Next is the bathroom facilities this set up is totally ridiculous barely any room for a wheelchair to fit in the women’s bathroom and the only bathroom that had a grab bar to use to accommodate my needs. Then upon leaving the bathroom I had a heck of a time getting my wheelchair out . I had to stand on my foot and hop to the bathroom door to get back in my wheelchair. So instead of trying to make payroll and keeping the customer happy I suggest you remodel your bathroom and make them handicap accessible. Because next time someone like me just might contact the proper authorities and you could be fined...
Read moreWe had a new waitress we were patient even had to get refills from another waitress had 2 other people come in that sat with us they never got chips or salsa our order was wrong the new waitress said we would have to talk to the owner, he said we still had to pay for fajita meat we didn't get. Not that the 2.99 was going to break us, just the principal of it and you would think "good business " to take it off the bill. We went to check out and asked about taking it off the bill owner said I don't give away free food , said we never mentioned to the waitress that our order was wrong, we told him we told 2 waitresses, service was slow, food was mediocre had a 60.00 bill, the 4 of us, owner was rude said I don't take checks either gave him my American Express he jerked it from me told us to eat somewhere else if we didn't like his food....
