Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Vinita

I use the app to order and have done so 4 x. Every single time my pizza has been late. One time they skimped on the toppings. One time my pizza was almost 20 minutes late and the delivery guy made an excuse that he had other deliveries. This last time I ordered 2 hours ahead and waited to see if it would be on time. At 2 minutes late, I set the timer. The same delivery guy showed up 43 seconds later. When I opened the box, my pizza was luke warm and the toppings were slightly over cooked. I called to speak to the manager and got some automated answering machine. A couple minutes later a woman answered and when I asked to speak to the manager she asked if I was calling this store. I said yes and was transferred. The phone rang 6 times before someone hung up. I called right back and asked to speak to the manager. When he got on the phone , I explained about my order being late and the pizza being luke warm. He couldn't find my order at first. He finally found it and then said "I don't understand how it was late. " Really?? I told him never mind, you just lost a customer and I hung up. Horrible customer service. Going to...

Poor customer service, i called to complain about my pizza not having a topping and got transferred to customer services that then gave me a number for health insurance when it was supposed to be for corporate since i was told they neither instore or customer services could help me. Very poor service and very poor food making. If the topping isnt there i can understand fast food joints running out of things. But this goose chase on the phone for just refund is absurd and to have to call the store a second time and just handed the refund immediately tells me that this isnt the first time they have throw responsibility off to someone else. Thank you to the woman who was simply able to give me a refund on the second call back but the first attendent to pick up the phone and the pizzahut customer service agent i was apparently transferred to had abysmal customer...

My carry out order was ready when I arrived to the store, the staff were friendly, and my pizzas were made perfectly. I did check my order and was missing one extra marinara sauce so I did have to go back through the drive thru but the young lady at the window was super friendly and apologetic and gave me a couple extra marinara for the inconvenience. Overall had an excellent experience and it was the best tasting pizza my family and I have had in a long time.
