Subway — Restaurant in Vinita

First off we waited at the window for well over 10 minutes before I finally called inside and told them we was at the window then we had to stop them from shutting the window in order to get our drinks we get home and our sandwiches are not toasted like we asked and completely soaked with dressing so much that it was coming through the paper and none of our sandwiches were cut and I ordered cucumbers on mine and tomatoes only on half of it tomatoes were all over it and no cucumbers and my husband ordered the chicken bacon ranch and it came with no bacon and the tea tasted like soap...

This is the most careless Subway restaurant I've ever visited. Seventy percent of the employees don't wear masks while handling food. With Covid-19 cases growing out of control every day, safety is critical. When I asked the employee where her mask was, she just smiled and said it's in my bag as if it didn't matter to her my fThis Subway will never get my busines again! 2nd time going to this Subway. The first time none of my sandwiches were heated but everything was fine. This time none of the sandwiches were heated and I ordered my with cucumber and there were no cucumbers included. My husband ordered his with olives and didn't get any olives. I had almost no chicken in my sandwich. The drive thru took 30 plus minutes each time and no one was even in front of us. Gave them 2 stars because they had some items correct.
