Taco Bell — Restaurant in Vinita

Bathrooms were disgusting. I notified the heavy set girl with short blonde hair who I was told was manager. She gave an attitude and said oh well. Took our group of 5 almost 25 minutes for a couple combo meals and 5 tacos. No large cups for our drinks that come with the combos. This was on Friday. We were not given a tray. Everything was bagged up. This was about 145pm. The kitchen area was very dirty, trash over flowing. A worker walked by us and wreaked of Marijuana as he came in the door. Asked to speak with store manager and was told she wasn't there. Asked for corporate number and given a number that doesn't work. Our group was very supportive when this store came here 3 years ago. We will most likely not return. I called the store on Saturday and again was told store manager wasn't available and was hung up on by the man who answered the phone. This...

Bless the 2 women working tonight (12/19/23). If I had to put up with what they did tonight then I probably would of ended up in jail because the drunk guy working was ridiculous and definitely didn't belong anywhere in public that drunk... let alone at work... where your dealing with customers! You ladies deserve a raise and he should be fired. Between his belligerent mouth and trying to play his personal speaker with music that's really not appropriate for a fast food restaurant or his nearly falling every other step and refusing to go home after he was told at least 4 times to leave, I don't see how he ever got the job to begin with. I happened to be the only person in the store and it still took 33 min to get my (2) cravings boxes because they were having to deal with Ol Drunky. Service was beyond horrible. Witch is not like this location at all. We have yet until today to get our order messed up. To the point of the food smelled days old, the shells was supposed to soft shelled but they was more like hard shell. Ended up returning to the location and was treated like I was stupid. No one that was working had on name badges, they all acted like the customers was annoying them and all the customers was noticing it. The machine that is there for ordering is absolutely rediculous and they need to go away.
