Just...yikes. My partner and I went in to get jumbo lump crab and shrimp. I wanted to support a local business in the midst of all the craziness going on around us during the pandemic. I keep reading reviews of how great they are and I truly wish that was our experience. My partner even said he had been once before and they were very helpful. I don’t know what happened today. Maybe it was just an off day, or the man who helped us has never spoken to another human being like...ever in his life possibly. Anyways, we went in to get crab and shrimp. I asked for a pound of jumbo lump crab meat, and a pound of medium shrimp. I asked if the shrimp were peeled and deveined. He said no. Okay cool, no worries. He says only the frozen shrimp are peeled and deveined. Awesome, no problem. So we asked for one pound of jumbo lump crab meat, and a pound of frozen peeled deveined shrimp. He instantly whips back and says the frozen only comes in 2 pound bags. Alright, that’s fine, we decide to just peel and devein the fresh ourselves. So I ask him, could I please get one pound of the jumbo lump crab meat and one pound of fresh medium shrimp. He gets annoyed and says, “you have to talk to me, sweetheart, tell me what you want.” I looked at my partner like ???????did I not speak was that in my head or something????? So I repeated it. He got even more upset and says, “I already told your husband there’s no jumbo lump crab meat YOU asked for jumbo shrimp.” At this point we’re both like...none of that is true so...yikes. My husband says, “Alright dude we’ll go somewhere else.” And we left. I really wish we could’ve gotten what we came for. I still would’ve bought the shrimp if the dude hadn’t been so entirely horrible of a human being. He even took a phone call while we were there and was horrid to them too, so I guess the silver lining is he’s just absolutely terrible and it’s not just to us? Not sure what to do with that. I hope if you go you get someone who has at least spoken to another person once in their life, and not the super sad, angry man who we met today. If you want crab meat, I highly recommend Dockside instead of this place. Much better people...

The service was horrible and I left with absolutely nothing. I went in yesterday to get some steamed crabs and shrimp. I was told that they were no longer steaming seafood. The way I was told could have been a little more professional. The guy steaming the food stressed to the cashier that they are no longer steaming seafood instead of talking to me directly. It looks bad. Who ever that guy was seemed super annoyed. Terrible way to keep customers. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I couldn't even tell anyone how the food is. The service is very offputting. And the location is really sketchy. If you do decide to visit (TRUST ME, DON'T) get in and get out of there. If you want steamed seafood from this DUMP, make sure you call ahead of time. Their steamers might be booked up...

We Stop here at least 4 times a year on our way to Sandbridge and have always been pleased. However I guess sometimes people try to see what they can get away with? Maybe it might have been I was using a Rental car with New York Tags??

Anyhow I paid $62.00 and change for 2lbs of steamed King Crab legs. Boy where we disappointed when we got to our Beach house on Sandbridge and opened the bag to find this??

That's about half of what we usually get get in the Bag? I guess I should have checked before leaving, but the bag was hot so I just placed in the back of our Tahoe and drove off?

Bad thing is, I was the only customer in the place during my entire wait. So it wasn't like they can be sometimes with people all over the place??
