Boulevard Stop Mart - Krispy Krunchy Chicken — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I was a frequent goer there because I loved the chicken and wedge combo. On a Tuesday close to their closing time, I went because I had a craving for their food. The cook asked me to talk to the cashier for my order. I asked for a breast and wedge order. The cook yelled, “Does it look like there’s breasts here?” but in a very rude and disrespectful manner. I went back and checked him letting him know that it was a mistake not realizing there wasn’t any there, but he needed to watch his tone. He preceded to ignore what I was saying, being obnoxious about it. The cashier was very gracious, asking me what I wanted, but I decided to get my money back because customer service like that cook gave should not be rewarded under any circumstance. I will always like the brand, but I won’t frequent this branch again because there was no reason for him to be so snarky like he was.

People need to keep in mind that if a place is going to be great, especially one that sells food, the cook has to be cordial to its customers as well or else they will lose business. The food will always be great, but that service was beyond...

I just love the friendly staff and owners. They make you feel very welcome. It's not often, especially during these times here a person will go out of their way and make a point to acknowledge you by your name and say hello to you. Good customer service is never an issue there.

Also I love...love...love the 7 Slot games they have there! In 2021 I won the Grand Prize on the Queen of the Nile Game and walked out of there with $1,800.00!!

Well...that was before I decided to put the money back in the machine's...and well...all I have to say is.. when you win.... JUST COLLECT YOUR $$$ AND GO HOME! (OR GO TO THE NEXT SPOT..HEEHEE).

I try not to be overly positive about these places. Because for one it's a corner store. It's not exactly the best store but the chicken is absolutely the best in town we've had so far. For a quick hot fairly inexpensive box of fried chicken potato wedges and either a honey or blueberry biscuit. You can't go wrong with Krispy Krunchy Chicken. It's in the name. It's both crispy and crunchy. Like others have said the chicken is seasoned all the way to the bone. Not spicy just flavor packed. You should definitely check them out for the chicken if...
