Clubhouse Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

This is my favorite place to go to for great Food, great service and fun. The food is top of the line. Ive been here about a half dozen times. Hot wings are the best. Shrimp is cheap, large and delicious. There are plenty of bar food, dinner and late nite choices rivaling 5-star restaurants. The Clubhouse had large plate and best quality, lunch specials I've ever seen. The service here is amazing. They have the greatest team of bartenders and servers I've had the pleasure of serving me. The gals behind the bar make you feel genuinely wanted and run a tough ship. They are a cohesive team of aware and caring young ladies. The kitchen staff seem to be proud (deservingly so) to put out a good product in a timely manner. There are plenty of fun bar games to play. What I like the best is they have the best Karaoke I've ever experienced. You get to sing often and the DJ has great equipment that helps you sound better and have a good time. The only thing I don't like is it is a smoking bar. You know this prior to going in so Noone should ever say anything and certainly no complaining about that. Smokers have rights and should have a high quality venue to enjoy like this. My first visit was to watch my LA Kings play playoff hockey. I had just moved back to VB afrer being gone 14 years. I almost left because of the smoke. I hung in and had hot wings, a few delicious draft beers, watched the kings win and sang 3 or 4 songs. I had a lot of fun and met some very nice people. First time going, was looking for something to do on a Wednesday night off. They have the Survey Says game on Wed nights from 7-9. Wife, son, and I went and had a great time. Friendly people. Relaxed atmosphere. Roomy. Good specials. My son and I both had the Steak special. 12oz Sirloin with salad and side for 15.95. Wife had the Naked Nachos and Lumpia. Everything was fantastic.
