I have a continuous problem with ordering from this store. I've always ordered my pizza well done for delivery. It never is, so I started doing carry out to ensure I was getting what I payed for. Well the very first I did this, the pizza wasn't to my liking. So I kindly asked the person if they could put it back in the oven to make it well done. The guy said no problem. Another employee hears the conversation and comes over and says it is against policy to put it back in the oven, they have to make a new pie I said fine. She started saying a lot of unnecessary things but, put it back in the oven mone the less. I explained to her I paid to have my pie cooked a certain way and as a consumer that's what I want. I also told her that I would be contacting corperate with adverse feedback from an employee, she gave me the " " I don't care care call them rant!" ". Fast forward to 17Apr23 (yesterday) I go in to get my Philly Cheese Steak pie and the crust was really light in some areas so, I asked person if he could put it back in the oven a few more minutes, he said sure no problem. The same young lady goes over to the guy putting my pie back in the oven and asked him, ) did the customer complain?" Which he replied "no, he just wanted it back in the oven a few more minutes." I get home and find one of the pieces of steak is clearly a well done 🪳 (cockroach). I did not go back to store last night because I was furious and since old enough to be the grandfather of all the employees that where on shift at the time I concluded it was wiser to cool off and address this issue today. Read moreTried making a purchase about a month ago maybe less and it the purchase wouldn't go through. So I had to add the same credit card on file back into the system and paid for my food. I tried to make an order again tonight using the stored credit card that I had just stored on my last purchase and it would go through again... except this time I called my bank and they told me Dominos had charged me 4 times for transaction. So obviously I've started the process to dispute the charges but customers beware and check your statements after purchase. They taking all your money it seems whether its a glitch or not
Edit #1: I normally get pretty poor service from the holland location. They usually mess up my order in some form or fashion. I even went so far to call the manager to see what the problem was. All they do is offer to fix the messed up order. But its systematic almost as if they are purposefully messing with me. So after multiple times I left a complaint on their online systems and was told the gm would reach out. They never did even after several attempts on my part to talk to them. Several phone calls later, f this place in particular
Edit #2. Just had one of their drivers cut me off just outside there store. Older gent driving a silver honda. Pulled right out in front of me with a smile on his face. F this place in particular.
Edit #3 tired them again and once again they got me.. found a hair in my food. Looks like a pube. They haven't even contacted me about this about calling their complaint line...

I placed an online order for a medium pepperoni pizza carbide delivery (i cant walk) and paid. Headed to the location and arrived on time. Parked directly in front of the doors and checked in online.
The Domino's online pizza tracker notifies me that my order has made it out of the oven and will be handed in less than two minutes or they will offer me a free pizza on my next order.
Tick.. tick.. the timer stops about 34 seconds in, 'timer stopped' displayed. I thought oh how neat, they'll simply stop the timer to skirt their 2 minute guarantee.
I waited another few minutes.. no biggie .. tick tick few more minutes and I go ahead and call the restaurant.
Guy picks up the phone and I give him my order number explain I've been directly in front of the door for quite a while and I was wondering if they were going to bring my order out.
He tells me 'it's out for delivery' I reply "to what address?" He says 'I dunno' and hung up on me.
They did refund the money I spent, but that doesn't change a thing about how incompetent they are at this location.
Communicated this to corporate, and I've yet to receive any response in several days now.
Avoid this location or you could be the next contestant on "let's see how long they wait outside...
