Hardee’s — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

OMG, I have NEVER had such a disgusting and horrifying experience, EVER!!! Everything was fine throughout my drive through visit @ approx 10:30am on 9/15/17. I ordered, paid for, received, and ate one of my sausage egg biscuits. I later put the other sandwich in the fridge to eat the next day. I took it out to put strawberry jam on it for the next morning and I could not believe what I saw!!! TWO rather large bites had been taken out of the sandwich! YES, you read it right! The sandwich had been eaten off of, wrapped back up, and put in the bag under the other sandwich! It was later that afternoon when I discovered this disgusting act of sickness, but I called them anyway! Norman apologized and promised to pass my info to the store manager for the morning shift. I will update/edit this review when I hear from the store manager. Someone needs to held accountable! Update: I reached the district manager and she was very apologetic and promised to investigate. I pull up to the drive through and promptly greeted with a "welcome to Hardees". I say "good morning" She responds with "let me know when your ready" So I say " I'm ready whenever you are love" Her response is "My name is NOT love it's Katie" in a very stern manner. Nothing else.. Threw me for a loop. I was being absolutely respectful and polite as I have worked fast food before and I work and pride myself on my customer service in my current career.. This was a piss poor experience and I left without ordering anything. Not my fault your having a bad morning or hate your job. If you had felt a certain way about being called "love" I can think of 20 different ways you could have been polite about it. Instead of being a dick. The WORST chicken sandwiches ever. Ordered 2. One was inedible bc it was a crappy cut of meat. A couple bites in and it was rough and disgusting, went straight to the trash. The other one pictured is my bf's, not sure of the quality bc he's currently not here while I write this, but, it is very small, almost like chicken tender size. Come on!!! What happened to the large chicken sandwiches from 10y ago? These newer ones are trash. The tenders are also hit or miss. I've had rubbery, overcooked ones and ones that are just ok. They had also recently messed up my bf's breakfast biscuits and refused to make them right even w his receipt. I think it's some wench of a manager or something in the morning.
