Tangos Tavern — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

My husband and I are relatively anti-social - we don’t like crowded bars or crazy busy places. Tangos suits us perfectly - it’s a quaint little bar with just enough space to have everything you need/want in a bar experience:

The bar offers a friendly, comfortable atmosphere that appeals to all walks of folks. Everyone seems to know everyone and the bartender (John) is the main reason we keep going back because he will remember your name, drinks, and preferences. He is incredibly accommodating, attentive, and personable. (Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays are the days to go visit our favorite bartender).

The Tavern offers great lumpia, Taco Tuesdays, and several other specials wth great prices on food and drink!

I liked the food I ordered. What I didn't like is the service. Amanda is horrible. She took forever on getting drinks and her attitude towards having to bring me drinks was nasty. In my opinion she doesn't need to work where she has to deal with serving people in this kind of establishment. She might want to try working at Fast food restuarant. This is about the second time this has happened with her and the reason that my husband and I will not be coming back. First time.
