Five Guys — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Best burgers (single, double, or veggie burgers), always made fresh to order, and you can customize with a crazy list of free toppings. They also have not dogs and I think the kid's menu is grilled cheese sandwiches as well. The magic, though, comes in the form of fresh cut fries from a different US potato farm each day. They are amazing, and they give you an insane serving size. They scoop the fries into the cup size you request, then drop it into a paper bag and dump an equivalent scoop in on top of the first one. A small issues seriously enough to share, and a large would easily feed a small family. Get some fries! The cheerful, friendly atmosphere is consistent from one location to the next, and at least once, you should eat in. If you do, check out the bulletin boards - grab an index card and crayons and draw them a picture while you eat, just remember to pin it up on the wall before you go! You can also carry out, or order ahead online. If you order online, though, they won't start your burger until you arrive, because they don't leave food to sit around and get cold. Ordering online only speeds up your wait time by skipping the order line, which is rarely very long because the staff is efficient and helpful and they keep it hopping. You just have to let them know you're there if you order online. This is my favorite spot for burgers and especially fries, hands down. It's fast food, sorta, but more like semi-fast food. Either way, it's awesome. Goooo to Five Guys, and bring your appetite, you'll need it!

But seriously,...

I’m a little disappointed I’ve been going to five guys shit Since 2018 and have always loved their food But recently the fries are either overcooked or burnt In the past three times I’ve had issues with my order. I feel like I’m pretty clear when talking to the people receiving the order. If it’s me, then I would take 100% accountability But with this one, I ordered a cheeseburger with cheese, ketchup and mustard and somehow my order got flip-flopped with somebody else and I got a bunch of stuff that I never ordered also, I don’t know if it’s Managment or if it’s staff, but since going to five guys, I used to go because five guys was known for large portions of french fries well tonight I ordered a medium fry and when I looked in the bag, all I had was a single cup of fries there was no extra fries in the bag now this sounds. Entitled and I’m sorry to come off that way But I’ve been going to five guys for years and always used to have a ton of french fries in the bag because they used to scoop more fries in the bag with you already bought fries So I asked the nice gentleman if he could put a scoop in the bag and he said with a attitude he already did when he never did and then he looked in the bag and was like oh yeah it’s our new policy we have to ration our french fries So if 5 guys changed a new policy That kind of sucks because if I’m spending almost 40 bucks On some burgers and french fries why get rid of the main thing five guys was known for that’s loading up the bag with fries no other place does that which is why five guys is awesome idk it might sound stupid to other people but I loved getting my burger Buried in fries and eat them on...

Very disgusting staff member by the name of Nicole colhagen! She says she is the GM and makes the rules . I came in and asked why the order wasn’t given to my son and she stated she wanted me to come in when he could confirm pick up on the phone . I’m suffering from a foot injury . When I asked she began to raise he voice at me siting that she is the GM as if that’s a big accomplishment in todays economy and stated she wasn’t giving me the order. Again reciting that she’s the GM as if she owns five guys . Nonetheless, I still got paid and didn’t have to deliver it. I deli ver part time in my free time or if it’s something very near . I guess she thinks she can treat drivers any kind of way. I’ve already filed a formal complaint with five guys as she wouldn’t give me the information but the kind staff member directed me to it on the wall with no issue. I hope Nicole gets it together she’s a piss poor example...
