update - it has been over a week since i have made multiple attempts to contact their corporate franchise. I have not heard a single thing
The employee at the drive thru speaker was unpleasant. We placed a mobile order through the app for 2 combos with onions rings and chicken tenders. They were out of onions rings and chicken tenders (over half the order). Did not learn this until we had driven to the restaurant to pick up the food. We were not given options upon being told they didn't have half our order, so we had to ask "so, what can we do?" after an awkward silence. They were unable to refund anything at the store level so we paid almost double for what we actually recieved, and will have to contact corporate for our refund. They also tried to give us the wrong order at the window after this, and gave us the wrong drinks. We had 3 different employees help us throughout the transaction. It was a bit of a s*show. This was my first time at this location and it's definitely the last.
update they offered us a cash refund after we explained that the app (that they told us to get our refund from) did not have an option to get help. The 3rd employee was the most helpful, and even told us they "don't offer onion rings" at that location, not just that they were out of them. Why are they available to order on the app? I attempted to both chat with and call their corporate office. The phone number loops you back to the chat and hangs up on you, the chat is useless. Im sure theyre going to call me at their convenience, while I'm my customer service job making sure that all my guests do not have an experience like this one. Read moreTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TONIGHT. Nasty young lady at the window stated I had an attitude (to someone in the background) because I had to tell her OVER AND OVER about my dipping sauce. She couldn't hear me when I repeatedly asked if the sauce was in the bag because of all the background noise and she kept turning her back to me and talking to someone in the background. She only gave me one ranch and one buffalo because she had an attitude and didn't want to hear what I was asking. I requested 2 buffalo for my 5 piece tender and told her that I'd take a ranch if they were going to allow me an extra dipping cup. She's walking away from me as she's asking me what sauce. I already gave that info when I ordered and must have stated buffalo sauce 10 times in one visit. I had to speak up over the background and since the cashier is walking away from me. Guess that means I have an attitude and I wasn't given the sauce I asked for. Everyone was distracted and confusing orders and I waited LONG over the 5min that was quoted to me by the cashier who first took my order. They rushed through drive thru and I asked them to repeat back my order which was wrong. They had 3 cars waiting including mine at the window (not counting the line behind me). I'd rather drive the extra distance to a nicer Hardee's than deal with this crew/experience again. I say that as a former employee and current customer. Very unprofessional and ignorant experience. Read moreThe absolute worst service I've ever received at Hardee's this evening. We placed an order for pickup ASAP, which gave an estimated pickup time of 6:37. I understand that is an estimate. Upon arrival in sitting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes I get to the window and was asked if I forgot something. We advised no. We spoke to somebody at the speaker. We placed an online order and then we were parked saying they were just waiting on fries(lie #1). 7:25 is when we finally received our food, after calling and being told we're bagging it the apple turnovers just came up about to bring it out (lie #2), 5 min pass we proceeded to go into the store just to stand and wait another 10 minutes before finally getting our food. There was one lady running the show doing her best while all her male coworkers were standing in the back not helping her at all. I feel bad for that woman. She was doing an exceptional job and was getting no help but at the same time what is the point of placing an online order arriving to wait over 45 minutes to get the food? And to top it off, our order was made incorrectly! I hope someone reaches out to me because something needs to be done at this location to improve service and earn my business back. That woman deserves recognition and her co-workers deserve to be punished.
