This is an amazing local spot for Kempsville folks. The owner, the staff, and kitchen go above and beyond. Prices are reasonable and it has a very welcoming atmosphere. 2 Billiards, AMI sound system and skill games. Everyone is so welcoming and the food is delicious. We ordered the chicken bacon quesadilla with tots and it was superb!

Such a beautiful building and waterfront setting. Our waitress was very slow and clearly did not care. Each person’s order was brought out at a separate time, and everyone’s food was cold. We had to search and beg another waitstaff to get silverware. The food was ok, but not great. Hoping very much for this place to be a success, and will try again in the future.
