Panda Express — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Really horrible place, very disfunction to work, started working there and management was confused on the schedule that I was working. This caused me to get written up on something that wasn't even my fault. Also as I go to receive me first paycheck they had switched my pay rate from 10.36 which was orginally discuss down to 9.36 an hour. Horrible atmosphere. Cheap owner. Hot water heater was down the whole time that I worked there so none of the dishes were clean to health code standards. Okay, So basically the deduction of two stars is NOT for the quality of the food. The quality is always fresh and outstanding. My issue is with the inaccuracy of my order twice, successively. The order was made correctly, it was on the screen in the drive through. When you know they hear your order correctly, they ask you if everything is correct on the screen, thusly confirming your order to be correct. Rude server. She was serving me overcooked mostly black chicken. I politely asked her not to give me those because to me they should have not serve those anyway. I went walking to the counter when I saw her trying to replace my chicken. But when I came home to feed my daughter (its hers), her food is all black, overcooked hard chicken.
