Very disappointed multiple times at this location. For some reason they are either insanely unaware or they are rationing their salsa, because this is the third time I have been given barely enough for one bite with my quesadilla. Once I paid an extra 99cents for a second cup, but instead of 2 salsas I got 0. It was door dash, so I didn’t bother to go up there. Maybe I should have complained the first time. The management here is very concerning. I walked in with my client and his therapy pup. The manager came out in FLIP FLOPS AND SHORT SHORTS rudely telling him to leave. Also asking him about his therapy dog which is illegal. She kept raising her voice as he tried to explain. This resulted in a panic attack and unnecessary emotional strain upon leaving the establishment. This shop in particular is unethical and questionable. The 2865 Lynnhaven Drive the marina store stay far away from! The food is very inconsistent! I have tried the other locations near by and the food is far better then this store and the owners are far nicer. I feel like they are skimming off ingredients. I always ask for extra chicken on my burritos and never get it. Do your self a favor & save your money ! Go to the other near by stores you will be much happier trust me!
