I was very disappointed in the Wendy's on Shore Drive in Virginia Beach. I have never had a problem at this Wendy's until tonight. It is Father's Day. My father has passed so this made an already stressful day worse. I went to Wendy's at 9 p.m. I could tell that the woman on the intercom. She was talking to someone else as she was trying to take my orders and kept asking what drink I wanted over and over again. When I told her for the second time I've already told her the drink I wanted a second voice came on the intercom. This voice was muffled so, when I asked him what he said he started talking to me disrespectfuly. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager and he told me he was the manager. I felt so disrespected. He also sounded like a teenager too. They both were having a conversation while they were taking the order, not paying attention to me on the intercom so, when they were talking. I said to them maybe if you'll quit talking and pay attention to the person on the intercom you can get my order. That time the so-called manager rudely spoke to me again and told me that he was refuseing to srve me. At that point I told them I will be reporting them to the corporate office. I have never had this experience at this Wendy's before. But it is June 16th Father's Day. it is 9:00 at night and whoever is working that drive through and whoever is the manager should not be working the. They both have no customer service and they were very very rude. I will be calling corporate tomorrow as well as this restaurant day time Management. I have never been so disgusted by a restaurant service in my life.
