Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I was very disappointed in the Wendy's on Shore Drive in Virginia Beach. I have never had a problem at this Wendy's until tonight. It is Father's Day. My father has passed so this made an already stressful day worse. I went to Wendy's at 9 p.m. I could tell that the woman on the intercom. She was talking to someone else as she was trying to take my orders and kept asking what drink I wanted over and over again. When I told her for the second time I've already told her the drink I wanted a second voice came on the intercom. This voice was muffled so, when I asked him what he said he started talking to me disrespectfuly. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager and he told me he was the manager. I felt so disrespected. He also sounded like a teenager too. They both were having a conversation while they were taking the order, not paying attention to me on the intercom so, when they were talking. I said to them maybe if you'll quit talking and pay attention to the person on the intercom you can get my order. That time the so-called manager rudely spoke to me again and told me that he was refuseing to srve me. At that point I told them I will be reporting them to the corporate office. I have never had this experience at this Wendy's before. But it is June 16th Father's Day. it is 9:00 at night and whoever is working that drive through and whoever is the manager should not be working the. They both have no customer service and they were very very rude. I will be calling corporate tomorrow as well as this restaurant day time Management. I have never been so disgusted by a restaurant...

I will no longer go to shore, drives Wendy’s, because of their band for no reason. There is no reason to take a privilege away from customers that were basically paying customers. Yeah, I may not have the money all the time, but I tried to make sure that I feed my family if that’s that’s a problem to treat my family once in a while to and at the time The manager knew about my problems, and yet again still banned me for no reason. All because I didn’t have the money for the whole meal. Sometimes it wasn’t all the time I would always pay for my meal. Thank you very much so for that person to general manager to take away from my way of having a good time, my kid and then getting the keychain frosty from them to try to make sure that I can get frosty for my kid because he loved it there, that’s wrong and I will make sure that he gets sued for that or she manager a general manager should not act like that at a business. Yes we are struggling here that’s why I try to get a job there, but is that my fault for trying. Wow never knew that it was a big problem for a single mother who is working her butt off to take care of her family and then all the sudden have to deal with this and make my kid cry for a frosty that he didn’t even even get your.What a disgrace...

The Wendy’s on shore Drive next to the auto parts store by Kroger. I give five stars. If I could give more I would at one point a time they may have been struggling I think maybe not enough employees, but over the months they have came together so well. Their food is always so fresh. They’re very nice sweet and friendly always willing to help. I do not know her name. I see her more of nighttime late shift, I think she may be a manager but I can say she is 100% making sure everything leaves that window perfect she’s very respectful polite. They’re also are 2 to 3 guys that work late night that are awesome. I am not a huge fan of Wendy’s my husband is I have grown to like it, but I’ve grown to love it now because this Wendy’s really Puts love into their food morning shift and lunch. Everybody there so nice and friendly you don’t hear fighting bickering everyone works together and everything comes out very fast and fresh. Their bathrooms are always very clean. The front of the restaurant is so clean I don’t ever see food trash nothing laying around the outside is...
