Ynot Express - Haygood — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

We have been a customer since 2018 when we moved here. We usually go to either Great Neck or Princess Anne. We live in the Pembroke area and was so excited when a Ynot Express came to Haygood. We ordered from there last night 4/29/21 for the first time spent $63.88, ticket #94, 7:43pm, pickup. The food was horrible. The pizza was over cooked and tastes like card board, the garlic knots were cold, the mozzarella sticks were cold, the wings were very small(not what were use to in the restaurant), the Stromboli was so greasy and was only suppose to have pepperoni and it had some other kind of meat we had to pick it out. The rainbow cookies and the tuxedo bomb were alright. This was the worst experience with your company and we threw away A LOT of $$$ for nothing. We ended up throwing everything away. I'm so Angry and NEVER AGAIN will I order from HAYGOOD. I'd prefer to get my money back and I'm sure that is not possible. Thought someone would...

Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the food we received tonight from the Haygood location. We were very excited to see Ynot come to the neighborhood, only to be disappointed with the food. I placed an order tonight, May 27th 2021. Order #86. I order tortellini with vodka sauce and fried chicken and a slice of pepperoni pizza. The tortellini was HORRENDOUS. I did not receive anything close to vodka sauce. It looked like dried clumps and left over spaghetti sauce. It was tortellini and some sort of red dried very old looking slop, on top of the tortellini. No where near the creamy vodka sauce that normally comes with this. The Ynot princess Ann location was phenomenal when i ordered this same meal last. However this was garbage. The pizza was not baked well and was over cooked. HIGHLY disappointed and this was a waste of $30. I took a total of 5 bites of my food and trashed it. I wish i could get...

I have been eating at Ynot since they started in the early 90s, and I'm very familiar with their food. I was excited to see a Ynot sign in the Haygood area, although I wish it were a sit-down restaurant instead of a take-out location. The food at Ynot Express is the same delicious, quality food as all of the Ynot locations. Not only is the food outstanding, but the value and quality are, too.

Regarding the negative reviews Ynot Express has received, it is not surprising when you consider the reviews these unhappy, miserable folks have left for other businesses. Please disregard these negative people. Makes me seriously wonder if a nearby "competitor" had people post these bad reviews.

I am a picky eater, and a tough, fair critic. You can't go wrong with Ynot! Keep up the excellent...
