11/16/202, I visit this location occasionally and from my last visit I received hard old French toast sticks and potato tots. So, today when I pulled up this morning in drive thru. I ordered and asked for fresh food, order taker replied okay. I checked my food and it was the same as last time, the food was so greasy as if they put it in the grease for a few minutes to make it hot. so I told the cashier at the window that I asked for fresh food. He replied the food was fresh and I asked him would he eat this and showed him. He said yes, so I asked to speak with the manager, asked for the corporate number or person in charge and was told no for all. I pulled around to the front of the store, took a picture of the address and the cashier came out and told me to get off the property. I went to the door to get the corporate number on the window and went inside to ask for a refund. Cashier told me no again and called the police. Police came as I was explaining to the corporate office. Officer went inside to get my refund and asked for the two cashier names and it appears the cashier was the manager and told the officer he was concerned that’s why he didn’t provide the information to me. He told me his name was Antonio but the officer asked for names to give to corporate and names given was Alex and Alexandria snot sure if the spelling is correct. Overall, the customer service and food at this location is poor and need to be looked into. Cameras should be looked into this...
Read moreAntonio was extremely rude. Every time I go to Bk I get a bacon king single because a double is just too much. When I get to the drive thru I order exactly that and he tells me that no they can’t do my burger a single even though I have ordered it a bunch of times at that same Bk. I proceeded to ask why he couldn’t simply tell the cook to put one patty he said because he can’t. That he can tell him to add an extra patty but not take one out. I asked so you can put 3 patties but not only put 1 even though I’m paying for it and asking you not to? He said rudely said exactly! I asked for his name and told him to cancel my order and he said okay perfect. I assume he just didn’t want to work any harder than he had to for his job. I will never go to this Bk again and Antonio needs to be fired. He needs to work at a job where he has zero interacting to do with...
Read moreOne of the worse customer service experiences of my life. The person working the drive through literally said “ya, what do you want?” After getting half way through my order they said to drive up to the window then gave me a total. When I told him that I wasn’t done ordering before he cut me off and told me to drive up, he said he wouldn’t be willing to let me finish my order at the window and I would have to drive back around. Needless to say I was upset. I opted to finish my order inside the establishment and went off on the drive through worker. I don’t know why you would put an employee like that in a position to deal directly with customers but I think the Virginia Gardens BK should reevaluate who’s drive through window material and who should be scrubbing toilets with no customer...
