The dining room is often closed, the drive thru can move at a snail's pace, a week ago I was third back to order and it took 25 minutes to get there, watching people try the door to find the dining room closed, then after I ordered I was stuck there 4-5 minutes longer because they weren't moving cars thru! They came on the speaker two more times to take my order again (meanwhile, 3 cars behind me left and dozens of others undoubtedly drove on by, as I often do with this restaurant). I had to keep explaining they had the drive-thru clogged, I've already ordered, the girl said something about they've been working on the online orders and soon they'll get to the drive-thru orders. Now it's patently unjust that we've already invested the time to drive there and we're being treated as second-class, plus when you read everything above, you will see why Arby's is going to get a distorted view of the value of online orders. They're teaching other customers to give up and go away and then they'll turn around and remark what a huge success online ordering has been. I know this place has weathered COVID restrictions and employee shortages using some of the above adjustments, but this last gimmick may just be their undoing unless it's a forgone conclusion that all ordering for all restaurants will now take place via an app. If that is the case, they need some universal apps so we don't have to load up our smartphones with a different app for...
Read moreI havw come to love the Bourbon Bacon Brisket sandwich and it has been delicious from other locations. I visited the drive thru at this location the day before. Shift manager was at the window, extremely friendly. I inquired about the cookies and based on his recommendation, added the salted caramel and chocolate chip to my order. They came out piping hot-in a separate bag and with a friendly reminder to be careful. Excited!! I get home to eat only to find the sandwich a complete mess with the wrapper folded in the sandwich. I tried too salvage it but ended up eating a piece of the brisket and the bacon. Trashed the rest. Later I go to eat my cookies only to find them stuck to the paper and upon getting one out -there appeared to be a bite taken out. I did take them back to the store only to be greeted by the GM who was nonchalant and indifferent to my issue. She merely stated that a piece had fallen off of the cookie. No other concern than to assume I wanted a replacement and no mention of the sandwich. Attitude is everything and a bad one trickles down from the...
Read moreI would say they deserve between 4-41/2 stars based on my visit this evening. Though their prices can be considered a bit higher than other fast food places, in general everything is becoming more expensive for convince! Also, for those locals--there are coupons available with the standard Burg's which cuts prices down quite a bit. The drive thru moved quickly and staff was super nice. I think they are the only ones that ask about sauces and give napkins nowadays!! There was a young man, with an injured arm working, that was above and beyond kind! Thanks to him--I was able to try both their coke and Root beer floats to see what I liked (I did order quite a bit tonight though). The roast beef was delicious. Nice, lean, clean cuts. The onion soup for the onion sandwich could be more onion soup flavored but it was still very good. Plenty of parking place. There's even a place to park and watch a group of well-cared for feral cats (if they decide to even show...
