Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia

I live near this location, and I think that the only thing that keeps it in business is that it's immediately located next to I-81, because while the food is usually fine for a BK, the service, employees, and management here are extremely incompetent. They care nothing for customer service, and when I've contacted corporate, I've never heard back. The last time before today, I waited for over ten minutes after ordering a ten piece nugget with fries before getting it. Orders would be taken, and food prepared, but nothing was going out across the counter and there was a crowd angrily waiting. I was there today as well and my order was taken by the same fellow as last time, Tim. Tim doesn't greet the customer. He says "What can I get you?" He doesn't thank the customer, or listen. I asked him during the order process for onion rings instead of fries. He immediately got a large fry and put it on my tray. When I tried to correct him, I was pouring unsweet tea from the pitcher they keep on the counter (is this a health code violation?) and thought I was asking about the tea instead of the rings/fries mistake, because he just wasn't listening, but the employees here have no problem having loud conversations between themselves across the store, between the dining area and the kitchen. For a while just before and after this store was remodeled, the management had it together and the store was efficient and well maintained, but not anymore. Usually I won't review unless I am highly disappointed, and this is one of those cases. I live about 30 mins from this location, and made the mistake of picking up food on the way home from work. When I got home the 2 whopper juniors were poorly made, one little square of lettuce on them and very much wilted. My sandwich literally had one single pickle in the middle of the bun. I called the store and spoke with the GM. He was in no way,shape, form concerned about my order. I placed it online, so I didn't have a paper receipt, and he said then bring the food back. I wouldn't wouldn't back in the area for another few days... I guess I am to hold on to these sandwiches until then to have them replaced. I've worked in management and the way this individual handled my concern was very nonchalant and he just didn't believe me. Told me I "Sounded like I just woke up". I work overnight and it's 1:50pm, this is technically my bed time, but I'm sure he wouldn't know that considering he doesn't know me. Anyway, I'll probably place an order here again just cause they're the only BK in the area, but definitely will check my food prior to leaving....

Still one star. There was a long line at the counter and employees kept walking by but no one came to take orders for 10 minutes! Just ran the drive thru and packed the condiments. One girl walked up and I thought she was going to take our order but she logged out of the register. Finally the woman who took 10 minutes to load the ranch under the counter rolled her eyes and came over to the register and began taking orders. While we waited for our food the woman took the orders said that's the girl who had logged out of her register and left was actually the manager and none of the managers there cared about the store and that they would not clean it and that they would just let Long lines stand out the door without taking anyone's order. Our food was actually hot this time but it took so long to even put our order in. This store is very poorly run. I try to avoid this restaurant because it is always so dirty when we go there n the food is usually cold and the wait is so so long. The toys in the kids room are so filthy I don't think they've been cleaned since...
