This is about the worst place in America to stop and eat, especially if you are ethnic. I visited there a couple days ago and a worker told another worker,,”them Ju-Ju’s done made you scared! Look at you scared of them Ju-Ju’s.” He said this three times. This was after I placed my order for a burger meal. I finally asked him what he said about me. He acted like I wasn’t standing there asking him a question. I then asked his coworker what he said about me, she says “oh he’s was talking to me”. I asked the cashier for a refund. She said ok let me ask the manager. The manager came out and asked how could she help me. I told her I wanted my refund, she proceeded to give me the refund and asked why I wanted it and I told her exactly what happened and that I wanted a refund. She told the man to cancel the burger order and meet her in the office, then apologized for what we had to be subject to. This day in time, there are still people who yet choose to represent companies in the worst way. Arby’s has put a very bad taste in my mouth. Racial discrimination and racism is not tolerated by me or anyone that looks like me. Unbelievable and very unfortunate! I felt very afraid staying in that area any longer. This has really put things in perspective as it relates to how stuck America is as a nation when prejudice towards people of color is still a stumbling block to progression. Sad day in this...
Read moreAll the employees who take my order and collect my money, are super nice every time even when the few times I've not been able to get there till about 5 minutes b4 closing. Which I felt bad about and by the time I got my food they had me feeling ok about everything and that I could actually trust they wouldn't do anything to my food because of it as other places have😱😵😂 the kindness I receive at this arbys in particular has actually made a lasting impression on me where I can't think of any place doing so in the past based on the consistency! For the most part lots of arby's locations abroad have been consistant to this type of customer service and quality. I hope this will make it back to the employee's and be rewarded as well as incentives for such kindness and quality which is so hard to find in the restaurant's as well as fast food chain's these days. Read moreToday I realized I haven't had Arby's for lunch in months- and was reminded why I cut them from my lunch routine. Long wait with a "pull up while we get it ready, we'll bring it out to you" despite a seemingly low business time of judging by the parking lot... which would be less annoying if they brought me the right thing. Ordered a classic sandwich meal and ended up with whatever the cheese one is, smothered in half congealed nacho cheese that made me gag when I tried it-- until that moment, I had forgotten that this was the outcome of my last few trips there, too.
At least I got fries with it, so it wasn't a fully wasted lunch break. Will have to remember to either skip over Arby's or check it in the drive thru in the future, since this issue hasn't resolved itself. Maybe I'll remember to start going to a different one, even if they aren't as...
