Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Virginia

TMobile offered a free pretzel from here on Tue. We got our free items. But we would Not recommend this place! We had an email for another free pretzel, but they said we had to wait 4 hours before we could get the next free item. Really? The pretzels we had seemed like they were cooked too long! They seem real thick. The cinnamon pretzel was not really good and the sweet glaze dip was WAY too sweet! We threw it away. So we go back (not 4 hours) but a couple days later for the other free items. We get it, and wanted to pay for other items. She charges us for something we did not ask for (we said pretzel dog she gives us mini pretzel dogs). When we bring it to her attention she does not even apologize. That is rude and not good customer service! The mini pretzel dogs seems to be overcooked (they looked a little burnt on the bottom). We have had better pretzels around the corner from them at another vendor not in the food court. Not impressed with Anne's! Most pretzels from other places melt in your mouth. Not from here. 1/23/23 Unprofessional, Unprepared and Unaware. These 4 young women in the kiosk fooled no one., it was obvious they did not know what they were doing. They got my daughters money but I was not going to just hand them money then wait for 30 mins for a pretzel and a drink. When she finally received her pretzel it looked like a biscuit and the Rep explained that their pretzels dont come premade and had the nerve to be short with me because I requested my daughters money back. My advice is to you young ladies either learn your business or loose your business.
