Bellas Pizza Ettrick — Restaurant in Virginia

My family and I have been going to Bella Pizza for years. We always order medium or large pizza for the family and my mother and other family always order different things. Sometimes I’ll order a “chicken Parmesan with no Parmesan cheese, just marina sauce”. That has been my quote for years. I drove all the way home and I had cheese on my chicken. The girl at the front, who always has an attitude, said that mozzarella cheese comes on it so she only eliminated the Parmesan cheese and kept mozzarella on it. I said 1000x that I ended my order by saying ONLY MARINA SAUCE. She went back and forth with me so long and she said I don’t what we can do tonight because we’re about to close. I said it can be fixed tomorrow and she said no it won’t and they (in the background) are telling her to hang up on me because they are about close. I live over an hour away and wanted to grab dinner late before I trekked home. I stopped by Bella's to grab pizzas for my family for dinner and the vegetarian stuffed shells for myself. We had a very late dinner, and my kids liked the pizza. Unfortunately, I could only take one bite out of my stuffed shells before I pulled up a long dark hair BAKED IN my food (pictured in photo). I tried to call the next day to rectify this, but I was first told no one ordered that yesterday, and after I said I had my receipt, I was told that I needed to call that night and then bring the food back to them the same day. I made an online order, have my receipts, and I have the photo of the hair baked in the food. I am beyond disgusted with the whole experience and will never return...

They have items online that cost less than the same items on the in store menu. When I told the owner/manager about it, he became angry and loud and told his employee that he was not ever going to allow me to order anything else from there. When I walked out the restaurant, he ran out the door behind me and told me to leave from in front of his building. He should not interact with customers because he has always had a bad attitude towards African American customers. Stay away from this restaurant.
