Brook Seafood Market — Restaurant in Virginia

Had a whitting dinner. Very tasty, hot and fresh. Very fresh. Smells like an actual fish market. :) My mother ordered a trout dinner and she did not receive trout. She said it was still good but knowing what fish you are selling would be great. I only eat whitting and would have been disappointed if that was not what I payed for. Beacuse of that I may not go back for a dinner. Only because I feel if I don't get the right fish I will not get a refund or replacement platter. I have not tried there steamed crabs or shrimp. I just happened to be in the area and noticed this place. I decided to stop in and give them a try. While it was a Friday evening, there were lots of people there. The staff took their time to ensure that each person's order was cooked to perfection and correct before they leave.

All items and cooked upon ordering. No need to worry about food being cooked ahead of time and sitting under a heat lamp.

Great prices. Great portions.

The family and I were pleased with our order. We will be back.

Please never eat here!! If i could place 0 stars i would. I purchased crawfish. Crablegs, shrimp, and oysters today because i was doing a seafood broil for the fam. While cleaning the clams i noticed tapeworms hanging outside of the shell!! I spent over 100 dollars for the overpriced frozen seafood. I do not trust this place and i do not recommend anyone to visit for their health. I do have pictures but for some reason cannot post. But i will be getting my money back tomorrow. I recommend stick to local grocery store...
