Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia

When this location first opened, it was great service and food. After about 2 months this place quickly went downhill. They constantly get orders wrong, they have an "I don't care" attitude.

This morning, no one showed up for work. They are SUPPOSED to open at 06:30 AM and I waited for 10 minutes between drive-thru and even trying to knock on the door as they were locked up. There was a car there, but no one in sight from what Icould see thru the windows.

Additionally, I found out today that there is a significant price gouging going on at this location. All the other BK's in the area have their products about 50 cents + cheaper than this location. For example, a Egg & Cheese Croissan'wich at this location is $4.19 while the Asshburn Village location 3 miles down the road is only $2.89. Could be this franchise in general, but no 100% sure on that.

Lastly, ALWAYS check if they get your order right at this location now. I order a Whopper w/ Cheese no onions and received a Double Whopper w/ Cheese extra onion instead even though the receipt showed what I order. For those who have allergies, ALWAYS verify. I also ordered a Rodeo Cheeseburger recently and they put a small dab of BBQ sauce on the burger instead of a slight squeeze that lightly covers the bun like other locations. They seem to cut corners bad here.

Like I said before, this place was great when it first opened. Unfortunately I don't see the same staff from when they did. This is a at your own...

I’ll just say that this is the nicest Burger King I’ve ever been in. It’s new so that might attribute to the overall appearance of the place.

The staff is always extremely friendly, and seem to go out of their way more than any other fast food restaurant to be sure you’re satisfied. The place is super clean, and they are pretty efficient about getting your order out quickly.

The food is OK, it’s fast food so it’s never going to be five stars but it’s fine for what it is. Very consistent given the nature of this type...

Your manager named MURIAM at 20065 RIVERSIDE CMNS PLZ; ASHBURN, VA screamed at me because I wouldn't accept her substitution for a breakfast item that I ordered before 10:30am. I told her that the value of the item is not equivalent to the breakfast sandwich not to mention we didn't want a burger. She yelled at me through the drive-thru to just take it. I went inside the restaurant to speak with a manager and she IS the manager. I told her yelling at me is not acceptable. What the heck...
