DISCUSTING..!!!! I was there on last saturday around lunch time. Ordered three meals for to go. I used the bathroom and when I wanted to wash my hands, I realized that there was no soap in the dispensers..!!! Yes plural.. there were two wall mounted soap dispensers and both were completeley empty..!! I went back to the counter and told that the two young men behind the register. NOT only they did not seem to be botheed by it, they refused to give my $35.98 that i sepent when I told them that i did not want to eat from there knowing that the men ( I don't know about the ladise bathroom but I would not be surprised if it would be the same thing there) who handle the food in the kitchen and up front DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS WITH SOAP after using the bathroom. Worse.....They seem to be perfectly fine with it after even you say something about it..!!! Gross...!!!! One can argue that we would not know if workers in the restaurants are washing their hands after using a bathroom even the dispencers are full. I will take my 50% chance over eating from where I know 100% they are NOT..!!!! They still have my money..!!! LOW people who are counting on keeping my money as a gain rather than being bothered and embarrassed by the fact. I am contacting the health department today to report this place as could not reach them over the weekend and a holiday. Good luck eating from there..!!! Update as an aswer to response: I have a video of BOTH dispencers being empty which I will share with the inspector. I did not know INVISIBLE soap is existed. Not even a little bit of shame..!!! Nasty..!!! Update 02/25/22: I got my money back from the CC company. I was not gonna let this liar keep my money. Finally, health department got back to me and I was able to file a complaint about this nasty place. Will definatley...

I am writing to express concern regarding the presence of pets in the south riding location.I believe that a dining environment should be kept free from potential health and safety hazards. Today I experienced this when I took my family out for dinner and we were peacefully enjoying our meals when all of a sudden a family of 5-6 came in with their dog drooling and coughing everywhere. And the store employees didn’t even bother to ask to leave their dog out…. My kids couldn’t even finish their food . They were so scared and disgusted by this situation

Allowing pets in a food establishment can pose risks such as allergies, hygiene issues, and disturbances to other customers. As a patron, I value a clean and enjoyable dining experience, and the presence of animals in a restaurant setting does not align with these expectations.

I kindly request that Burgerim consider implementing a policy that restricts the presence of pets inside the restaurant. This measure would not only uphold the standards of cleanliness and professionalism but also ensure the comfort and well-being of all customers.
