A good place for Chinese food in Dale City This restaurant is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Dale Blvd and Minnieville Road. It is in a reasonably large set of stores in the middle of the group of businesses. The parking is uncovered parking lot that all the stores directly open onto. There is plenty of parking for all the stores in this lot. Our group ordered takeout from this location and I picked it up. The inside of the restaurant had a large foyer at the front of the restaurant that seemed to occupy about â of the space. There were about 6 booths lining the walls and several tables in the central seating area. There were not many people eating in the dining area but they had a healthy stream of customers picking up takeout. There did not seem to be much staff but the ones present were very friendly. The food was a little late from the time that they told us it would be ready. The food was reasonably priced and portion sizes were good. The food was very good. Overall, for the price, amount, and staff friendliness, I would visit this location in the future and recommend it to fellow travelers with the suggestion that the time the food will be ready should be viewed as an...
Read moreSuch a rude delivery person! A few months ago we ordered from them and when it was delivered, he made a rude comment about how we hadnât tipped him enough. I havenât ordered from there in a long time because I was so put off by it. I accidentally ordered from them again tonight, rather than the place I have moved on to, and when my mother-in-law answered the door, she was given the same nasty response. That he had complained to âthe ownersâ before that we were bad tippers. I understand that times are tough, and gas might be higher than it was a few years ago, but if your delivery fee doesnât cover your gas, then thatâs a conversation you need to have with the owners. Itâs not the responsibility of the customer to pay your wages with tips. If 10% is not enough, then take the 10% tipping option off or change the delivery area to be a smaller range if you canât afford the gas. 15% tip is standard in a restaurant where youâre receiving personalized attention throughout your meal. 10% is a reasonable amount for delivering the food. Not everybody can afford to leave huge tips. I definitely wonât ever be ordering from this...
Read moreLived here 50 years. When this was Aloha we went. Amazing quality. Everything was fresh. $9.99 for lunch till 3pm, soup, egg roll, fried rice and entrée. Moo goo and Beef Hunan- best tender meat not dark chicken meat, beef tender and not gristle like most take outs! My husband and I dined in. Very quiet and interior is old and dated but we liked that feeling due to the fact we have lived here for years and its a comfy grandma feel. Food was delicious hot and fresh. The crunchy soup toppers whatever they are called, LOL were fresh! Not bought from a company and unloaded from a truck! Thai tea yum! Next time we are going and getting the flaming volcano drink! A def 80s win win. I would suggest turning on dinning room lights in the back. Kinda felt a little too dark. We are taking the kids...
