Last night 11/16/24 around 5:45-6pm. I went in to grab something for the kids before I went home. They were busy as always so I just went in to place my order. I used the kiosk, took me forever to try and figure out how to use it. I eventually placed my order then I went to the register to pay ( 2 steps to the left of the kiosk) but no one every acknowledged that I was there. After about 5 minutes I took a seat and waited, I had worked all day and was tired-figuring they would call me when they were ready for me to pay (as you have to put your name in for the order) I believe 20 minutes passed and I was still sitting there when the manager asked me what was my name- I told her then she looked in the register and yelled in a nasty tone "you never paid" (which meant that my order was never started). Obviously, I can't pay if they don't have a cashier at the register, I also had gotten up to get my sauces and napkins twice to try and grab their attention) I felt disrespected and the manager not only blamed me for her & her team not doing their job but she decided the entire restaurant should hear this conversation. I let her know that it is unacceptable for a manger to blaim a customer. I do not work there and ultimately she is the one responsible to make sure all areas are covered. Horrible excuse for a manger. She even went as far as pointing to the menu that says pay at register- which I tried to (the kiosk I used was beside their register and the screen she pointed to is behind their counter and pointless for me to look at if I am forced to order on the kiosk anyways) but it was still my fault. If I hadnt already been there for half an hour, I would have walked out. Maybe my $60 order doesnt matter to her but this is how they treat everyone. I don't even know how she is a manger with her attitude and disrespect towards customers. I wished that their corporate would watch the video and see how long I set there and the way that she responded. She was looking for me to respond and she got it. I told her that I was going to call corporate too and she didn't care, never once appologized, she was too busy being RIGHT!!! Way to go Taco Bell y'all just hire anyone...
Read moreDoor dash pick up for two orders. Pulled up at 11:55 pm on a Friday and the doors to the lobby were locked. Cars backed up all the way past NTB with nobody else in the from the order window to the pick up window. Figured someone was taking a long time to order. Walked up to the window and the guy working told us to get in line. We told him it was backed up and he told us there were no orders and no line. Really? We pulled around to the other side of the building to get in line and there was a drunk woman passed out before the order speaker. How long? Not sure but there were 15 cars behind hers and steadily pouring in. While trying to wake her up my husband walked back to the window and told the guy what was going on. He responded with "that's not our problem", handed one order over and said to now get in line to wait for the other one. We waited for the first order for 10 mins and the other one for another 20. Door dash reassigned the second order and we had the frozen (now melted drink) refreshed when we got to the window but had to deliver cold soggy taco bell food to the customer (first order). Told the guy working the window that was not right and he said something smart then shut the window. Will NOT be picking up for this...
Read more08:15am 01/11 I came to pick up an order. Three ladies are working (so to speak). One is having breakfast at a table in the dining room and pretends not to see me, another one in the back with headphones is preparing bags and her line is very comfortable and she doesn't look at the counter to see if she has any customers, the third one is not making the food and is talking on the phone. Just to clarify, I am the only customer and it was the only order on the screen. They decided to serve me after I was standing there for 7 minutes. Then I waited 2 minutes until the lady stopped talking on the phone, and 3 minutes for me to put together the order. Conclusion, I arrived at the store at 08:15 and ended up leaving with my small order at 08:30am, it only took 3 minutes to put the order together (2 tacos). I can't waste so much time because three employees don't want to work. Bad behavior of the three employees, the one who was having breakfast had to alert the others to make the food and the other two were terrible, one in the back as if delivering food was not her job and the other lost on the left talking...
