I want to publicly express my outrage and complete disappointment with the service I received at this pizzeria. I lost my wallet at their location and from the very beginning, they showed a totally indifferent attitude. I asked to check the security cameras and was told only the manager had access. I came back two days later when the manager was supposedly there, and it turns out he didn’t have access either. So who does? Who takes responsibility?
To make things worse, the manager responded in the rudest way possible, telling me not to call anymore because they were “too busy.” I lost all my personal documents, my cash — things that are extremely important to me — and all I got from them was complete disregard and zero willingness to help.
I was very clear: that was the only place I went, so if my wallet went missing, it was there. I also told them I’m returning to my home country in three days, and they still didn’t care at all.

I told them the last 3 that I ordered had very little cheese and I am paying for the most cheese. The person on the phone said he will ask them to put more on it. When I picked it up, nothing changed. He said the owner told them to use less to make more profit. At least he was honest. I needed to buy a couple of waters, and the employee at the register was dealing with a customer, which is fine, except it was taking a LONG time. Another employee came in and could see me waiting, helped the other employee, and walked to the back. He came back a few minutes later and apologized for the wait, but he still didn't ring me up.
