I have sympathy when a restaurant is under staffed - but it should not take an hour to receive a curbside pickup order. I sat in my car at the curb for 20 minutes without seeing a single employee. Finally, an employee came ... to lock the front door and put up a sign that says "drive thru." So I went to the drive thru. And I sat there for another 20 or so minutes, watching 3 cars in front of me ring the doorbell on the window then drive away one by one because no employee ever came to the window. I personally rang the doorbell twice at the window before I had to get out of my car and come inside through the side door. Once inside, I waited for another 20 or so minutes! It's now been at least an hour since my order was confirmed as ready to pickup on the app. More issues that came up: two people that came in after me were assisted before me. The cashier handled money (dollar bills and coins!!) with her bare hands then went in the back and handled food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I heard the manager tell the employee to "not worry" about the people waiting at the front counter, and they ignored us for a long time. Again, I understand they were short staffed. But what's the point of having a sign on the door that says "drive thru" if every single person at the drive thru was completely ignored? I suggest only taking delivery orders on days like this. I can't believe I had to get out of my car and come inside the restaurant to get my food ... an hour after it was marked ready!! I chose contactless curbside order and had to come in contact with multiple people. Luckily, I used my Hut Rewards points on this order and didn't waste my money on this terrible experience and...
Read moreWent there to eat (11 of us). Called in advance to make sure dine in was open around 8pm. Got there and saw all the chairs upside down on the table and 2 couples were dinning. Went to tell the girl at the register we were here to dine in and she said dine is closed. Another guy came from drive thru window and told us they closed the dine in early. We went out of the restaurant to figure out where to go eat and saw a famil of 4 walk in and they were greeted and seated and all of us were watching this from outside. So i walk back in to ask why they denied us and let them dine in and the girl said "oh the dine in is open now, you guys can dine in" i said i need to speak to the store manager and they got another worker from back and he said he was manager on duty and i asked him to give me information of the store manager and he said he doesn't have his number and his name is on the store door. It was our 1st time there and it was our last because we will Not be going there ever and i will make sure non of my family members or friends go there either. The employees make up their own rules by looking at you. They should shut the store down or change their staff because obviously the staff do not care if the store makes...
