China Wok — Restaurant in Virginia

Here are the facts: placed an order online. I just moved to chesterfield, ordered from what I thought was this specific China wok. I walked in and said pick up for Lisa and was immediately handed a bag. Then I was told to pay $64, confused I repeated I paid online let me grab my order confirmation number. I go to put the bag down to show the my receipt and the man behind the counter says you didn't pay, and aggressively come out behind the glass and yanks the bag as I put it down, starts yelling at me like if he knew me and this was a personal vendetta aggressively says, "No Get out you no pay." He was so angry loud and shouting I couldn't understand him. I took two huge steps back. I said let me checked my bank. I showed him and asked if the name when customers purchase shows as it's reflecting on my statement. He said I'm not doing nothing for you and I'm not looking and starts going off in his native tongue. Confused I said are their more china woks on this street, please calm down, are you ok sir, I just moved here. He starts yelling in another language again, and I just left because I felt like he might come behind the glass and put hands on me, I was actually nervous and just left, because of how I was treated by the Male worker. It's was egregious. I couldn't even take a step back in facility because he had my nerves so bad my hands were shaking and my lip twitching.. Fortunately my husband was on the phone and when he heard the guys yelling at me he raced over to my aid. But I left. One of the customers comes outside and I ask her if they're another one and she said no. BUT what happened was, chans garden which was down the street, but all I did was depress the website button l. First time ordering and will be the last for me and my household. We ordered Happy Family which was bland, no flavor whatsoever. My husband ordered egg rolls and beef fried rice. Very, very disappointed. Egg roll was under cook. The beef fried rice, had no beef, veggies, onions, garlic, green onions. I mean nothing. It looks like the rice was placed in a skillet mixed with some greasy oil, just heated up and that's it. Rice was overcooked, tasted dry. These people trying to cheat customers by selling garbage and us not worth my money. Again, no flavor, doesn't smell like how fresh fried rice should be. This got me missing home. We are new in the area, thinking to try something new. Just makes me not want to eat out if business like this portray themselves as the best in the area. Don't waste your money. Placed an order for Barbecue spare ribs and pork lomein. I got home and opened the bag to this. I immediately called and reported the food. I also ordered chicken wings ( not pictured) and the smell of old grease engulfed my car. When I called I was told there was nothing wrong with the food and this is the pork that all Chinese restaurants are using. I told her we have ordered from them several times in the past and have never received food like this. She said if I wanted a refund I had to drive alll the way back and bring the food back. I did.
