Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

I came here because it was closer to where I was going. I placed my order online it was 40 mins for my order to be ready. My normal pizza hut orders only take 14mins every time I order. I entered early and only 2 other customers were waiting, but they only had 2 people making pizza's. It started to get very busy and the drivers were walking in and taking pizza's out the oven and cutting pizza's and boxing them. The warmer where all the food goes for carryouts were full to the max. The cashier told me that they was understaffed. I know that they are new to the area, but the manager here needs to get more help and I think the manager was there because someone placed an order for 11 pizzas and it was put on for that Saturday but was for Sunday and she fussed at one guy and told him to calm down and told another driver that he was loosing his SH**. This is very unprofessional to be speaking this way in front of customers. This would be a great place to order from if they could speed up...

Lovely girl working the register. She checked everyone's orders when picking up and would ask polite questions, such as, "May I ask what name the order is under?" You don't get many extremely polite people anymore.

I tried the new $5 Hot Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza (have to order in the app before 5 PM, I made it by one minute!). It was yummo. The Dill Pickle Ranch drizzled on it is good, and so is the Nashville Chicken. I would definitely order that again or even just the chicken. I do not usually love boneless wings, but those were good! The pizza could feed maybe two people with side salads. I would like to do that next time (always trying to eat more veggies and save money!).

I also got me an extra side of the Dill Pickle Ranch, the Ultimate Ranch (if you know, you know... there must be MSG or something in it to make it so tasty!), and the Garlic Sauce (a classic!).

I ordered online i usually do delivery but all i had was $100 bill so i did pickup i went to the store the girl at the counter said she couldn't except it so i asked for a manager because most places will take it as long as a manager is there to except it so then the so called manager comes up and tells me they dont take those bills so i replied where in this store does it say that now if it had said it somewhere ok but no sign nowhere so she says you want me to just cancel the order no so i had to give her some other bills out of my kids money and i usually leave a tip anytime i go to this place but not today they would have gotten a tip if she would have done her job as a manager guess she needs more training to tell a real bill from a fake one so just know they dont except big bills at the store either which is crazy because if you get more then one pizza its always $40-$50 oh and dont ask for corporate number they act like they...
