This is my second time at this particular location in the past few weeks and was hoping for a better experience this time. I like to give places to benefit of the doubt and leave them positive reviews when deserved. I went in for a simple order and ordered chips and guacamole and wanted two medium watermelon limeade drinks. That's it. I don't know if they were overwhelmed because there was a line but at the same time, you take your time with each customer. I felt an attitude from one of the women behind the counter and she put my order in a bag with another woman's order. I told her twice that all I ordered was chips and guacamole, the other order is the woman behind me and not mine. She acted like she didn't understand so I told her again and she still wouldn't remove my chips from the woman's bag. I had to remove my chips from the other woman's bag and explained that I just ordered 2 bags of chips and guacamole. She had an attitude with me which was unacceptable. She also didn't offer me one larger bag to put the chips and 2 sides of guacamole in. Then the amount of chips in the bag (which happened the last visit) was very menial. Don't charge people for a handful of chips. We used to get more chips per bag. Between the attitude as if she was bothered that I only ordered chips and guacamole and serving was too much. Then when we went to check out, I got 2 medium cups to get the Watermelon Limeade. Got to the area to get the drinks and they were totally out of it. Asked if they had more in the back since it was only 7:45pm (not closing until 11pm). The guy came out and said no and that they weren't going to make anymore for the evening. They still had over 3 hours until closing :-(
I've worked in customer service for years and this whole experience was unacceptable....

The BIGGEST TRESPASS a food service employee can make is being unsanitary. Upon arriving at the register at my exact pickup time only to wait longer for my order, an employee emerged from the restroom with trash bags in hand.
Waiting to open the barricade he had set in the hallway so he could throw it away, I moved to let him through.
However, this meant that he would sacrifice proper behavior for the opportunity to clock out ASAP by carrying those bags right through the kitchen & past all the prep space & food immediately. This whilst there was STILL a line of people to be served.
Proper behavior for example is disposing of the trash right before leaving that night. Placing the bags behind the barricade & out of sight since the RR was closed anyway would have worked just fine.
Pros: Chips had the correct amount of lime & salt Lots of parking
Cons: Unsanitary conditions Pickup order was not ready on time. It was made and sat with several other bags (open) at the register instead of being placed on the shelves for Quick & Convenient pickup as appropriate Incorrect rice was given making my order 7/8 correct rather than perfect. Read moreI ordered a burrito bowl from here today off Postmates for my lunch. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with extra chicken ($2.35). I wanted a tortilla on the side (which is free) but the app didn't have the option so I called into the store. They re-read my order and said they'll add that to it. About 25 minutes later I get my meal and it has no extra chicken, little to no rice, no tortilla and the sour cream smells like awful rotten milk. I called into the store to let them know my entire meal was incorrect and ruined and basically the only way they can compensate me is it I come back into the store. I've got refunds from postmates by provided my card information over the phone before. I understand not wanting to collect personal info over the phone but if I am willing it shouldn't be an issue.
So my inconveniences include paying for delivery and a tip that can't be refunded, paying having to now leave work to find lunch, and having to drive back to Chipotle after work.
