If I could give ZERO stars, I would. For the past month I have been visiting this location as it is the closest to my job. My coworkers and I go here as a team/group and often place group orders. Several times we have encountered a gentleman that works on the order line who refuses to serve a normal sized portion of meat. He gives people less than a full spoonful and when you ask him for a little more, he has an attitude and in a very petty fashion serves you literally two-three extra pieces of meat. It is rediculous. If you ask again he asks if you want double portions, when all you want is a normal portion; the kind that you're paying $7+ per bowl. Today I asked to speak to his supervisor. She first stated that she would address the issue, but proceeded to state that the portion controls are strict. The cashier seemed bother by the whole situation and acted very unprofessional. She yanked the payment out of our hands and threw the receipts into the bag. This is not the first time that the cashier and server have had an attitude towards customers here. I believe that for the amount of traffic that Chipotle in general receives, the very least an individual can receive is good customer service AT THE VERY MINIMUM. With the amount of money that one pays (in my case over $10 for a bowl with guacamole), portion sizes should be at least decent. My bowl was literally half full and only consisted of chicken, fajita veggies, lettuce and guacamole. This Chipotle has VERY LOW ratings on Yelp, and you would think that they would do something about the issue, because they appear to all sum up to poor customer service and inadequate portion controls. Needless to say, myself and the entire Department of Defense office that I work at are taking our business elsewhere. Please address this issue to avoid continuing to...
Read moreThe young African-American female at the counter was rude and acted very put upon to have to serve up 2 steak burrito bowls. There were no other customers while I was there. She first got out 2 burrito tortillas instead of bowls and I had to restate that the order was for bowls. She then said they had no white rice and I replied that I wanted brown. She asked if I wanted beans and I replied no beans, just lettuce, cheese, corn and salsa. She interrupted, replying they were out of lettuce, cheese and corn. I said "fine" and she proceeded to only half fill the bowls with the remaining ingredients. I asked for 2 sides of guacamole and she began to fill 2 cups with sour cream. I asked her if that was guacamole and she replied "yes" and continued. I then told her that was "sour cream and that I had asked for guacamole, the green stuff". I then pointed to it before she seemed to understand and dumped out the sour cream and then started to scoop up the guacamole. She asked if I wanted anything else; I replied that I would like some chips. She retorted that they were out of them. I just paid for my order and left. My wife informed me when I got home that she received similar treatment from the same employee within the last week. A very unpleasant experience that I don't want to chance repeating. We have been customers to this location for several years. We won't be returning while this employee continues to work there. $30 for 2 meals is a lot to pay for low quality food, missing ingredients and rude service; we will be...
Read moreWish I could give 0 stars - save your self some time and skip the S Lakes location and hop over to the Reston Town Center location. I was there tonight, May 9th at around 8:45pm and it was not a good experience. We arrived more than a hour and a half before closing, and they had already closed down everything and were out of steak, corn, tacos, and sour cream. We asked if they could make more steak since it was only 8:30 and they were so rude and annoyed. Finally who I assume was the manager said she would make more but it would be 10 minutes. Well more than 25 minutes later and she hadn’t even started cooking it.
The staff was turning away customers saying they couldn’t order until after they cleaned everything, which makes no sense, and that was after ignoring them for several minutes.
All employees were so rude - really annoyed we came in to make a purchase. We left to go to another chipotle location because they still hadn’t started cooking the steak they promised. Most mis-managed store I have ever seen in my life. Save your time and frustration and drive the extra two miles to the...
