During my visit, I was not given the standard option between a 6-inch or a foot-long sandwich, which I normally expect and receive at Subway. The employee began preparing a 6-inch sandwich without asking, and when I politely mentioned that I wanted a foot-long instead, she appeared visibly irritated with me—even though the miscommunication was not on my part. I don’t believe a customer should be made to feel uncomfortable for something that could have easily been clarified with a quick question.
Additionally, what was most unsettling was the way I was watched throughout my time in the store. The employee repeatedly stared at the chips I had in my hand in a way that made me feel as though she suspected I might steal them. This kind of treatment felt like I was being racially profiled, which was both hurtful and unnecessary—especially considering I always purchase a meal and have never had any issues in the past.
I usually visit this location and am familiar with the two younger employees who are always friendly and professional. However, this particular employee was noticeably older and did not provide the same level of customer service or respect. The overall tone and behavior during this visit were disappointing and made me feel unwelcome.
I truly hope this message is received in the spirit of improvement. I’ve always enjoyed Subway and would like to continue doing so without feeling judged or uncomfortable. Thank you for taking the time to look into...
Read moreOur online order was prepared wrong with missing guacamole (they charge $1.50 extra for it and forgot to add it), missing cheese and had extra toppings like olives we didn't add. When we brought it forward to the employees it was very hard to explain them due to language barrier. They were not accepting their fault at first inspite it been a online order and the receipt clearly stated the ingredients. The worst part was both the employees were talking in non English language and we had no idea what was going on.
This is a very convenient and clean location but the employees make it non ideal. If you want your food been prepared wrong and employees not be friendly to fix it...

But in this day and age customer service is in the toilet. You lost long standing customers who actually work next to you in the UPS store...
