Let's talk about my recent visit to Chipotle Mexican Grill at Fairfax Corner 14! It's always a great spot to grab a bite, especially with all the shopping and entertainment right there at Fairfax Corner. There's definitely plenty to do, making it a convenient stop when you're out and about. On my latest trip, we opted for our usual — a Barbacoa Burrito and a Barbacoa Bowl, washed down with a Diet Coke and some water. Overall, it's good food, and you can always count on those fresh ingredients. However, I do have a little constructive feedback, particularly regarding the meat portions. It feels like the meat portions could really benefit from being standardized, perhaps by using measuring spoons for all the meats. I noticed with the Barbacoa, specifically, that using tongs can be a bit tricky when it's not completely shredded, leading to some inconsistency. In fact, on my burrito, I ended up paying for double meat, but I actually expressed my disappointment about the portion size on the bowl and didn't end up paying extra for it there. Standardizing this could really enhance the customer experience and ensure everyone gets a fair and consistent serving. And just a general note for Chipotle as a whole, across all locations: it would be great if there was an effort to go a little easier on the salt. It seems like everything tends to have a lot of sodium, which can sometimes overpower the fresh flavors. Despite these minor points, Chipotle at Fairfax Corner 14 remains a reliable spot for a quick and satisfying meal. The convenience of the location and the fresh ingredients keep me coming back, and with a few tweaks, it could be...

Chipotle wanted me to contact them so they could fix the issue, which I did. However, they now want me to go back and buy one item to get another free. What a joke of customer service they have! To fix their employees’ fault, they want me to spend more money there! That’s not happening.
What would other customers do? Let it go or call their corporate office?
What a terrible experience we had during lunchtime today at this Fairfax Chipotle location. The meat portions were really small, as if they were doing us a favor by giving us any at all. We ordered a small fountain soda but were told they were out of small cups and were given a large cup instead, for which we were charged. When I asked the cashier why we were being charged for a large soda when they were out of small cups, she was joined by another employee, possibly a supervisor. They both stated that they only had large cups in stock, so if we wanted soda, we had to pay for the large size. There were no smiles, no apologies—just rude and unprofessional behavior. I paid for the large soda (receipt attached) and told them I would inform the corporate office about the situation. They seemed indifferent and simply moved on to the next customer. The store was also very unclean, and I’m extremely disappointed. If there were an option to give zero...
Read moreThis location charged me for an order that wasn't mine and failed to resolve the issue. They stole money from me and pawned it off on customer service. I went to this location on a slow Friday afternoon. When I was checking out hiting my debit card to the machine I notice the total was wrong, it was $29. I only order a bowl so I told the employee the price was wrong, he corrected and I tapped my card and went home. Over the weekend I noticed my bank statement had 2 charges, one for $29 and one for my order $13. So the store charged me twice and for something I didn't purchase. I went back to the store on monday and talked to the manger ISHWOR, he stated he didn't have time to look the receipts and couldn't help me. He told me to call customer service. Which I did, after explaning to them and sending screen shots of my bank the issue is still not resolved. This may be a mistake, or it could be this store intentially taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. It is unacceptable the store cannot resolve this simple issue. Don't eat here, if you do check...
