I was eating at the bar (8:30pm) when a family of 7 came in, they asked if the kitchen was still open. The bar tender informed them it was closed. They claimed to have come from Applebee's and called ahead to confirm there was food. The bar tender then asked the "manager" in a chef coat if the kitchen was open. They sent out a teenager who had been cleaning up the dining area to inform them sorry but the kitchen is closed. The family obviously upset left for a bit and returned with information that the manager of club level and applebees is the same guy. The manager finally came and spoke to the family and denied the kitchen being closed; stating to the family with the teenager present "I don't know why he told you that, the kitchen isn't closed". Several guests including myself witnessed him saying it was closed earlier while hiding off the side of the bar, and not coming out before the left(they even asked for a manager the first time). The teenager left upset after being told he was fired. I got between the manager and the teenager because he was making several snide comments to him as he was gathering his belongings leave (the teenager angry swiped at papers on a table unintentionally knocking over a chair) I stepped up to the manager because he needed to be told his behavior was unacceptable and to lie to customers at the expense of that kid isn't fair and borderline harassment. I also informed the guests of the misleading and mortifying behavior of the manager. Shame on him, no one deserves to be treated that way. I saw the kid later and have him a big hug he thanked me for sticking up for him and was very respectful. I'm just so disgusted with the behavior and arrogance of that man, he should lose his job, not...
Read moreUpon arriving, we walked up to the waitress and asked if any seats were available. She pointed to an available table. From that point forward, none of the three waitresses served us; didn't even approach us.
They appeared to just stand around. After about 45 minutes of waiting, we decided to attempt to order online through GRAB; it worked, but it was about 10 minutes late. 10 or so minutes after I approached the bar to pick up my order. I expect that they cooked it quickly.
When we received our order, it looked "quickly" cooked and the fries weren't good. The chicken tenders were better than they looked, but we were starving after waiting an hour and a half.
The waitresses never approached us. While waiting at the bar, there was a young man who appeared to be single handedly working that entire half the store himself, moving from table to table quickly, and he took care of me while I waited.
A guy beside us got up and left without food, and the people that took his place were never approached. All the tables next to the host station were waited on. They all ordered, got served, and left while...
Read moreOur waitress, Brittanie, was rude and inattentive the start. She even went out of her way to leave the airport restaurant 20 minutes after we placed our order, only to come back in from the airport back into the restaurant, only to tell us that they did not have one of the items we ordered. Our order had not been entered. She even then went out of her wait to tell us that “if we our waiting to be served in 15-20 minutes, this isn’t the place for you”. It took, from the time we got our check until the time we finally got the card picked up to pay for it, about 25 minutes. Even though this waitress walked past our table repeatedly. It felt intentional? And lazy. She had an attitude as if we were bothering her. The table was sticky as heck, and she didn’t offer to wipe it off. The floor and seat was horribly sticky. This was the worst service I ever had. I travel for work and am use to airport service and this was the worst restraint w patience I have had. Brittanie was a hardly responsible e or even acknowledging to us at all. This is not the...
