Cosmos Cafe — Restaurant in Virginia

First the positives: The service was outstanding, and very helpful! I hate providing a negative only due to the fact that they were so very nice but the latte I got was not good. The latte seemed very weak, and watered down or something. I requested an egg white omelet as I can't do the eggs with the yoke in it for health reasons which they were very accommodating to my needs with customizing things with my omelet. However, I don't like my omelet cooked to the point that it is beige being that it was cooked a little too much on a flat grill. I know a lot of people do not mind that so that is why I didn't give lower marks on the food portion because I prefer my egg whites to look white not yellowish beige from cooking on a flat grill too long. There could have been a little more cheddar cheese in my omelet but that was okay, and I will say the omelet tasted good regardless of the over cooking. The guy who rang me up at the register took his glove off, and held it in his hand that he was ringing up my order, and then he used the same glove to prepare my food without getting a new glove, and used the same gloves to prepare food for the other customers that came in after me. That should not ever happen! Regardless, the pleasantries of the staff made my visit a nice visit, and my food was not that bad with the eggs being cooked longer than I like so I felt they deserved a decent review. Please make note of the gloves being worn when ringing up customers, and do not use the same gloves to prepare the food as that is not...

Update: stopped by this place again during my trip in DC.. The best place to get bibimbop and bulgogi on the go (their specials). Sandwiches are also very delicious. Very nice staff. They remembered me even though I didn't visit there often. It is easier to find the cafe thanks to the permanent sign on the building.

A hidden gem in the neighborhood because it is located in the office building.. 30 min ample free parking is available near the office building's gated parking lot so I see visitors order food for carry-out. Reasonable price...
