Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Virginia

I’ve been going here since they opened over 20 years ago, and am sad for the quality now. I ordered a large mint Oreo blizzard (which is over $8 now) and gave a tip. When the girl handed it to me, it was white with Oreos, not green. I thought she missed that I ordered it with mint, thinking it was a mistake, and she said she did. The guy working tried to be nice and offered to add more. I hesitated because I didn’t want to be a pain, but having just paid $10, took him up on his offer and even said sorry! Instead of him though, the girl snatched it, seeming disgusted that I would expect to have mint in a mint Oreo blizzard, and then over blended it. We’ve been visiting this location nearly every Saturday for 15 years and have never had such horrible customer service. No answer when we asked about flavors and we take them home but when we asked for a tray or even just lids we were handed the open blizzards and they just walked away. They were a melted mess all over the car by the time we got home (since they were for multiple people who were not there to eat them right away). Sign and website says they close at 8 but the guy closed an hour early. No indoor seating so we had to stand around while our orders were made (we were a large group of 12). He’d make 3 or 4 of the ice creams and just out them on the counter. Most were Blizzards so we had no idea what flavor they were, and we had to sample them to figure out whose order it was.
