Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Virginia

Long story short I went on a huge diet and said when I lost 140 pounds I would get a banana split from Dairy queen.. I waited 2 years I left dr that day and had lost 180 to finally be 120 again.. went straight to Dairy queen.. I paid 5 dollars for a container not the one they are supposed to come it it was ice cream with all the topping poured on top together syrup dripped All over me sommon as I opened it and it looked and tasted disgusting.. thick walnut syrup on it spilling everywhere but only 1 walnut i know the syrups mix in the bottom of the canoe containers they usually come in but somebody just took a very small swirl of ice cream and poured chocolate syrup strawberry juice with 2 tiny pieces of strawberry and pineapple juice with 4 pieces of pineapple tidbits out of a can with at least a quarter cup of walnut syrup.. all mixed up and poured onto the ice cream was floating and the banana was cut into little pieces you could see rotten spots had been cut off And they missed spots... my fgriend went in to get hisoney back and they refused but did make another one like they have advertised.. by then I was too upset over getting a disappointment and my brand new khaki pants ruined and the girl working took my address and told me I'd get some coupons for free icecream and food and the one that made was gonna be fired but I never got any and I went in to check on them yesterday a month after the incident and the same one was working they I asked and they claim they never took my info that they had never seen me before... it actually hurt...

Stopped in on Fri evening at about 10:10. They close at 10:30. While sitting & eating our food the employee came around & literally kicked us out at what their clock said was 10:26, although apparently it was actually 10:30. The manager said that the owner wants all customers out at exactly 10:30 so they can turn lights out so no one else tries to enter. I'm an adult who was there with 3 adult children & 1 teenager. We weren't loitering. Never in my life have I ever been kicked out of a restaurant while still eating the food I purchased. Ironically, my son wanted to go to Bruster's but didn't want to have to eat outside. Instead, we went here where they made everyone finish their food in the parking lot which is also a gas station. Bought a misty slush today on the app when I arrived the employee informed me that the slush machine wasn't working and asked if I wanted something else I told her no I wanted a refund she said ok and went to the back and out came what I assume was the manager who could hardly speak English and told me to just get a refund in the app she wasn't going to do it I tried to explain that's not possible to ask for a refund in the app and she wouldn't listen/couldn't understand so I asked if I was going to have to call corporate and she parroted that I could get a refund in the app which isn't possible... went to call corporate and they aren't open today so I'll have to wait until Monday to get my refund absolutely...
