I absolutely love wawa but my experience tonight was definitely not 5 star worthy. I visit wawa several times a day for Colombian coffee. I know and thoroughly adore most of the staff there (N Bailey Bridge) Tonight, a girl named Casey I am unfamiliar with, was beyond rude. When I asked "who's on coffee?" she rolled her eyes and with a disgusted look and tone replies, "I'll be over there in a minute." Then, instead of apologizing that the coffee was wrong (to myself AND the other gentleman who wanted it) she made excuses as to why it was so watery. I really think this is just a training issue but people who hate customers shouldn't be serving customers. Kim and Annette were very quick to apologize both for the coffee and Caseys behavior.    Read moreI ordered, and paid for, 4 -10 ounce containers of watermelon but only received one-ten ounce container. i doubt the poor driver had anything to do with them missing, they probably never made it in the bag.
UNFORTUNATELY, when I contacted Postmates they said, "Too bad, no refunds because you had driver leave it your door." I said call the store, they can confirm they only put one in the bag...she refused and said driver was not responding to her calls and she wasn't calling anyone else.
So why am I giving a 5 star review here on WAWA? Because Wawa did the right thing, they refunded my $12 plus tax on to my Wawa gift card. That's almost as good as a refund from Postmates since Wawa couldn't possibly refund anything to my credit card on file with Postmates. I'm happy to accept Wawa's offered resolution. Very unpleasant to deal with, rude to customers, and gave a huge attitude about a mistake they made, which mind you wasnât a big deal to me. She got rude about it even when I showed her my âextra cream cheeseâ on a bagel where there was the bare minimum on it. Told me that everyone definition of extra is different. Which I kindly responded with send maybe you should get your workers on the same page of Wawaâs extra. Because when I was in just on Monday, there was most definitely extra on my bagel.
