Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I was going to sleep before I wrote this review but the attitude of the delivery driver still irks me.

I placed an order and used a gift card, after realizing I was not able to add a tip to a gift card order I called the store and asked if I could add a tip via card or other means since I didn't have cash. After having a discussion with the employee over the phone I placed another order after being assured it would be the same driver. On the second order I made sure to tip for 30% on the total of both orders. Terrible service and the worst people there! I ordered 1 medium pizza and it took a hour and a half never delivered to my house I went to the store and they decided to notify me then that they didn’t have any delivery drivers and I called before hand no one picked up the phone. I said okay I can pick up my pizza now he said it’ll take 20-30 mins to cook and they never started! I ask for a refund he didn’t want to give me a receipt so I didn’t even know if I got a refund and he was so disrespectful. On 11/2 I order two pizzas by phone they told me in 15 minutes will be ready, 25 minutes later I got there and pay they paid in 5 minutes, I waited for 15 minutes and the employees were just talking chilling when I ask again how long is my order gonna take one of them said it is baking now .
