If I could give zero stars, I would.

This Domino’s at Mapledale Plaza is a masterclass in how NOT to care about your customers or the food you serve.

I ordered a thin crust chicken & spinach pizza with garlic Parmesan sauce—sounds delicious, right? What I got was chicken and literally three spinach leaves. THREE. Like someone sneezed near a bag of spinach and that’s all that made it on the pizza. Pathetic.

I asked the young lady at the counter if that’s the normal amount of spinach and she hit me with the always-helpful: “I don’t know, I didn’t make it.” Not, “Let me check for you.” Not, “Sorry about that.” Just vibes and blank stares. 🙃

Then I go to pull my pizza from the self-serve warmer, and guess what? It’s ice cold—because the warmer isn’t even turned on. I mention that too, and sis just looked at me like I was interrupting her day. No response. Not even a fake apology.

So I told her I’ll be going back to the Dale Boulevard location—where they at least pretend to care—and THAT'S when one of the employees had the nerve to shake his head at ME. Like I’m the problem for wanting hot food and what I paid for.

This is not the first time. This is the THIRD or FOURTH time they’ve messed up my order. One time I had to get the whole thing remade.

Bottom line: The customer service is trash. The food quality is lazy. And the only thing consistent at this location… is disappointment.

I understand that on a Friday night they are busy, but that does NOT excuse the quality of service that I received tonight. I ordered a pan bbq chicken pizza, and parmesean bread twists with the five cheese sauce. First, I spend 40 minutes sitting outside the restaurant waiting and waiting for my order. FINALLY I got a notification that my order was ready and the 2 minute timer started counting down. For SOME reason, the timer STOPPED AT 54 SECONDS and I got no notification other than it was on its way to the car. No it wasn't. I waited another 15 minutes before I decided to go inside and get it myself. They didn't even acknowledge that they messed up. I finally get home with my food, and open up my parmesan twists to find that the sauce is a burnt, dried out pile of cheese that is not useful for anything. Ordered 4 pizzas, garlic knots and sodas for special occasion. I did curbside pickup on Friday at 6:00. The store was very crowded inside and out. Long story short, they finally brought my stuff at 800pm. I literally flew home to feed starving kids. And realized they left out one pizza. I tried calling the shop. No answer..over and over and over. Until midnight. No answer. Next day I called to ask for refund and complain. The guy answering said he couldn't authorize a refund. There was no manager, there was supposed to be one coming from another store Monday to help. He said situation was so bad night b4 they shut down 900pm. Called Monday and was told by "manager" I had to call Corporate office ..which I have several times band completed online form. To date I have received nothing.
