Usually this store has good food and good service but something must have changed recent!y. My wife ordered a delivery last week and all seemed well in fact we earned a free medium pizza if used this week. My wife orders the free pizza today and we added a sub for our regular delivery and was quoted the 30 minute delivery time. After waiting almost an hour watching the pizza tracker my wife calls the store and talks to the manager Laura. According to Laura they tried to call us, though we show no missed calls, our order was canceled and given to the employees. Asking why, we were told they don't deliver to our mobile home park because the neighborhood is BAD, in fact she told us they haven't delivered to our area or street in YEARS. We gave my wife's phone number and she said they have no record of any other orders for her number, though the phone tracker app shows numerous delivery orders under both our numbers. We tried explaining this but was brushed off as if we were liars. I called back asking for their district managers phone number and was expressly told they cannot give it out. I left my name and number asking for a call back. I completely understand if they don't want to deliver to a trailer park but to lie and say they haven't in years when we have proof in hand that they did is completely unreal. All this because they don't want to honor a free pizza code. FYI we always tip the driver. I also sent a complaint to corporate. I am curious as to what they think. It's been a week and I tried a 2nd time leaving my name for someone to call me back. I'm curious is a about a free pizza or are they discriminating against trailer park residents or just senior citizens. I called several other places that deliver in the same area as this store. According to them our trailer park is safer than some apt communities in the area, so I ask myself what did Laura, the store manager mean by calling our neighborhood bad. Her attitude sets a bad precedent especially in this day and age. Considering I have proof we have been regular delivery customers for years at least once a month. Has she even passed along my attempts at trying to talk with her boss. If she is willing to lie about this when I have proof in hand what other short cuts and lies has she been doing. You would think the owner would ask the...
Read moreThe quality of product and customer service has gone so far down hill it is mind boggling. This is a franchise store so I don't know if the standards are different but if something is wrong with your pizza it is pretty much tough luck. I have had several visits where immediately something is wrong and they don't care or even offer fix. The pizza has also been extremely greasy lately to the point of box being soaked and this is thin crust. Left comments each time hoping District manager would call me but not one person reached out. Pathetic. Last straw few nights ago I went to pick up my thin crust and lava cakes and from past experience I check Pizza and several pieces had peppers on them. I told manager about it and my frustration and she said pull them off. I explained medical condition I can't eat and it changes taste so those would have to be thrown out and nothing but cost I owed. Horrified, I paid made comments hoping again to be contacted and nothing. Then when lava cakes opened barely a touch of powdered sugar but the worst and unexcuseable part was pepper on the lava cake. Pizza toppings get mixed up, shouldn't happen still on Pizza but absolutely no excuse to how pepper could get on a lava cake. Pizza toppings should be no where near lava cakes. If I want Dominos I will have to travel out of district to a store that hopefully cares. Only issue is how do I still trust company that lets this happen and refuses to call you when...
Read moreHi, hello! I gave Dominos 3/5 stars solely because of their any 2 for $5.99 each deal... so I ordered (2) two topping pizzas which should be $5.99 each according to the online coupon they offer all the time. I noticed after placing my order that the pizza that had meat was not $5.99 but $6.49 instead. I know it’s not a ton of money but it’s false advertising. I re read the coupon to see if there were specific topping restrictions outside of two toppings and there were none. Apparently you can not have meat on your pizza for $5.99 if you want to use that coupon ? Meat toppings are the only ones that caused the excess charge. I called my dominos to mention this and I got the response “it’s not you, it’s the system” The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was nice. He kind of told me what my issue with the pricing was before I finished my sentence which shows me they are aware of that issue... The pizzas are great and I love ordering here but come on now don’t include meat on the toppings with that coupon if you aren’t going to honor it for the $5.99 price point. Like I said I love the pizzas there but I am disappointed about this. I still ordered tonight because I have friends over and we planned for pizza but I’ll probably order somewhere...
