Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I was surprised when representative on the phone from Domino's gave me my total including a delivery fee for a local area delivery was $3.49. And pointed out that it was not part of any tip. There goes the delivery person's tip. This company should not advertise as a delivery service , because a delivery service does not charge for delivery! Oh yea I get it they don't want to say FUEL ADJUSTMENT FEE. It was my wife's birthday and being over 70 I did not care to fight the cold. So I let the transaction go thought. The Domino's store is less then a mile from my home. I know I won't order delivery from them again, and not sure if I'll even get carry out in future. The manager was somewhat rude when I called the store and inquired about another issue on the credit card charge . I was charged three times, but only one charge was approved after I called my credit card company. We ordered online. I could not remember my login details so my daughter placed the order. I called ahead to find out if I still had a $20 credit on my account from where they had messed up a previous order. It was confirmed. So my son and I went to pick up the pizzas. They were done on time and correctly. However, since the credit was on my profile and the order wad placed under my daughter's, even though I was present and paying I was told there was no way they could now issue my credit to me since my daughter placed the order. I ordered pizza, salad and extras through the app May 21, 2025 and paid for it thru the app. When I arrived they said they were out of the salad I ordered and offered another item on the menu that was the same price. I did not want a Ceasar salad and they had nothing else that I didn't already have on my order. They could not refund me-a supervisor had to do that and they'd leave a message for her to do that the next day. No one has reached out to me IN OVER FOUR MONTHS for the credit. I'm out $8.
